It happened to me vs Atomsk.

Dedede's wall infinite is both better than Fox's in Melee and significantly easier to start and actually do. Dedede, however, is not the only reason the stage should be banned.

I made perfectly valid arguements, and the only thing you're saying is "I haven't seen it/it didn't happen at CoT3."

You haven't seen it happen because you haven't played homosexual players like Atomsk yet. You didn't see it at CoT3 because a lot of people banned it themselves. I know I did.

Just because you didn't see what I explained in my post, doesn't mean it doesn't exist, because everything I said is factual.

but the 3 w's of delfino are all temporary. and NO character is bad on all parts of delfino. there are no hazzards. and the water isn't dangerous (unless u don't know how to jump out)

the only thing water does is make downward kills more difficult. and even still, learn to use up kills. it makes some of the more threatening characters (snake) seem a lot less threatening. not only that, each player gets 2 stage bans and a strike. if delfino is really a problem for you, strike it.

inui - I can't believe one of ur reasons corneria should be banned was because "mew2king said so" .. LOL

I honestly think corneria should be left a counterpick stage. when this arguement comes up, the first thing u hear is "but dedede can.." STHU!!

dedede has sooooo many bad match ups, it's unreal that most people even find him threatening. if dedede takes you to corneria, you have soooooooo many options. olimar, metaknight, game and watch, zero suit samus.. etc and those are just some of dedede's bad match ups that can't be chain grabbed. he has about 14!!

as for hanenbow. that stage just completely sucks for anyone slow. you think pirate ship gives toon link an advantage.. just wait til a good toon link counterpicks you.

and it has no grabbable ledges, so characters completely dependant on tether recovery get destroyed. there's sooo much interfering from those bouncing pieces of ****. and that water is sooo very deceptive

it's a sucky game, lets not use sucky stages..

Inui doesn't listen to this argument. I have posted the following on numerous occasions.

Cannot be Chain grabbed:
Fox
Jiggly Puff
Pikachu
Olimar
Zelda
Mr. Game & Watch
Sheik
Kirby
Squirtle
Meta Knight
Falco
Luigi
ZSS

ROB, Snake, and Diddy can all put things on the stage so they can't be chaingrabbed across. They can also drop things past the Corneria wing if Dedede is camping there
Peach can float forever and can turnip camp
Charizard and Ivysaur can switch to Squirtle
Samus can do the taunt input to switch to Zero Suit Samus
Link and Toon Link can always hold a bomb in their hand to stop him from chaingrabbing across the whole stage
The second Icy will hit Dedede if he tries to chaingrab

Yeah but things like THIS are part of your reasons. Breaking out in Brawl is soooooooo easy. I feel like I'm breaking out at Ryoko Melee speed in Brawl.

G-dammit I'm sick of going to tournaments but they are like drugs and I've been addicted to them too much recently.

i just mean the planning is underway. a page or so back i mentioned the date im shooting for is july 19th, over a month away. i more just wanted to spike up some suggestions on how to change the tourney, like what events to hold, which rules to change, etc.

Bananas counter any character that can't reflect them back.

I am currently uploading crew battles as I speak. For some reason IE messed up 7 times in a row so I had to try a different web browser and it seems to be fine so far.

bananas dont counter any character who is either fast, or can glide toss well, aka ROB and Sonic lol. When I'm Sonic vs a Diddy and they throw a banana on the ground, I immediately run to it and roll to pick it up and use it myself before they can, and Sonic's glide toss isn't that bad. And everyone knows ROBs made of glide tosses (especially mine :) ), so if I get a hold of it with ROB, that sucks for you lol.

But yea, DDD is slow, and has a bad glide toss. He sucks against bananas.

More important then glide tossing ability or speed is the ability to pick up bananas quickly. Any character with a fast dash attack can easily dash attack through a banana to pick it up.

Well i already kno who counters diddy. IT aint rob even though its a kinda hard matchup and it aint sonic. Its someone u'd never think.

I need to play a good Snake. I keep hearing this character is good, but I need to experience it.

Missed this.

With Marth, I catch them with n-air or just shield them, and then I jump back f-air Diddy out of whatever he's going to do next, which is usually a dash attack. I crushed Atomsk's Diddy last time I fought it in tourny, and I beat it the other two times.
