This is the return. The OP is a rough draft at the moment. I would like all smashers from every region except Japan considered. If you feel there is someone missing or deserves to be mentioned then please speak up.

This is not an attempt at trolling. With smash on the verge of being picked up for MLG, more and more people are migrating and frequenting smashboards. They should be able to see who the top players are for each character without having to do powerful searches among searches.

This should be a Top 1 character thread except for MK, he can have Top 10. Isn't the point to have only top players on the list?

Kismet and Xzax should both be above keitaro and shugo
Silver Alloy should at least be an HM for pikachu or #3 with anther as HM
False should be at least an HM for wario
Richi should be #1 lucario, Pitbull probably #2 since junebug is pretty inactive as far as I'm aware
If some of these players are going to be allowed on the list despite being inactive, then I think Mc Pe should be #3 for wolf, I don't know much activity from kain, Vinnie is #1 GaW and I don't remember the last time seeing him play GaW in tournament (not doubles) etc. At least have him an HM
I've never heard of Sodrek, so I'd put Trump and Megafox above them
Paper should be #2 or #3 GaW
Doesn't Koolaid mostly play MK? I think Kiraflax can be #1 Pit, Gadiel VaStar should probably be #3, I haven't seen much from luckay in a while
Haven't heard of Elexiao for ROB, 8bitman or Kira flax are the best ROBs right now, IDK why Kiraflax isn't on the list
I think I've seen more from Ed recently than Judo
Mr con con> boss, HM to Zhao probably
I don't remember the last time I've seen Aposl enter anything, so I'd put **** tail on the list since he entered crossfire and maybe another event, Mata could be an HM
I think Quicksilver should be #1 Samus, Sago should be #3 probably, HM to esam
I should be #3 for Bowser, I won a tournament with him with some decent people there (1 of GA's A tier players, and below), I think it's more thna what you've done with Bowser recently
IDK what Serynder has entered recently, but if it's not as recent as Puffster's last tournament he should be #1, Sould Pech should be on there too
Tin Man should be an HM for Olimar
Mike Haze > Neo
There are some Ike's in Europe you can fill the list up, IDR their names though.

What's with a random number like Top 3? Trivial question, just wondering.

Also, why isn't Richi even on the Top Lucario list? He's plenty active and should easily make it to Top 1. Didn't even know Junebug still played.

There are 37 characters in brawl. A lot of characters don't even have more then 2 decent players outside of top/high tiers. Top 3 and an honorable mention section felt appropriate.

I put Richi as #1. It was a rough draft.

I updated the list with a bunch of changes.

Top 3 is being generous. I see no point for the honorable mentions. 6 month's time? Time to check the changes you made in the list.

Well for one Kismet got out of pools at Apex where as Keitaro didn't, he beat Jband in bracket. I'm not sure what keitaro has done recently with falco.

When's the last time these players have played their representative characters in tournament? Something tells me it's been more than 6 months. (RIP Mario

you have done your research. Seagulls list is way off if he forgot the almighty undefeated psp, but clearly you have forgotten to put the legendary -champ- on the HMs. Goes without saying how could you even forget?

Gosh darn it zan u are right. how could I possibly forget Champ. His new combo video is almost as impressive as psp's. champ should be #2.

Glad you agree..it simply cannot be ignored. Times are changing, and champ has proven to be better than 2nlio.

Meekspeedy is at least HM for Sonic. Dunno who Manny and Wonf are so I can't really say anything about that but Meek is still active with Sonic

Reflex hasn't quit per se, he just has a real job now and cares more about PM, but he'll still go to tournaments (I mean he's more active than Mc Pe). Manny made it out of pools at Apex beating Vex and Minty and does well in FL tournaments. Wonf is a mexican Sonic, but he mostly plays Marth as far as I'm aware.
