Naw they aren't, and I was wrong with the definition. I call wavebounced arrows B-reversals.
You meant pivoting arrows (which is exactly the same as B-Reversals). I do A.
If you do B, you'll most likely either Wavebounce that arrow, or just shoot forward with no directional changes. However, tilting the stick lightly while you hit B should give you a pivot.
