Also, just to be clear, I'm totally fine, just incase anyone got worried. Not sure what prompted Hong's show of appreciation, but it is welcome nonetheless.

Not to mention those rippling thighs that could crush a man's skull.
And do. Let's not forget how much they do.

Alright maybe that one isn't just his thighs, but I'm sure they're engaged in it.

Maybe we need WFT to weigh in on this.

The great "Insert First Name" into Google then Hedgehog game, a quite old one here on the internet.
my eyes D:
'lo, welcome.

Sorry but Lucius is the ultimate beauty
I think he's got a point.

I'm going to sleep now.

Favorite non lord Fe Playable character go!
Catria
Robin. After that, Ike.
:p

After them, the field gets a lot closer with Morgan, Soren and Tiki. And after that something like Titania, Nephenee, Nolan, Mist, Gregor, Inigo...

talking of Inigo:
Arguably, Robin is a protagonist alongside Chrom, and since "Lord" can be seen as "protagonist" in FE dictionary, I decided not to choose him, but of course, if you mean Lord as the class, I'll choose :4robinm:
I love how the FE fandom somehow always thinks Lord = main character, thus main character = Lord.
When the games actually goes to great length to NOT classify all main characters as lords (by not giving them the 'Lord' class).

They keep using that word. I don't think it means what they think it means.

Maybe I'm just too much of a grammar nazi, but I have to chuckle every time I see it.
I'm all about those cold, hard, Knuckles.

...
I'd totally play Knuckles 3 & Knuckles & Knuckles.
(Unless that means playing Sandopolis 3 times... oh who am I kidding. I'd even play that.)

I think all of us are a little Falconsexual. Let's be honest, here.
Come on!
Nobody isn't Falconsexual.
Why do you think he wants everybody to show him their moves?

Also, that picture of femEO!Paladin is freaking adorable.

Someone edit @Weeman's avatar so the Hawlucha is holding amiibos instead of Tacos
So Hawlucha is a scalper?

I'm all about those cold, hard, Knuckles.

Someone should make a full version of this!
My knuckles won't chuckle until it happens.

I play Mac on 3DS FG.

Suffice to say I feel your pain.
I do as well when I played For Glory on the 3DS.
Me: "OK! All I have to do is recover and I win!"
Shulk: "BACK SLASH!"
Me: "WHAT?!"
I died on the inside when that happened...

I think all of us are a little Falconsexual. Let's be honest, here.
Especially when he can show many moves.
Come on, Falcon! LET ME SHOW YOU MY MOVES!!

Someone is asking for a Falcon Punch. :smirk:

Have we been talking about how great Captain Falcon was for the past five pages?
Truly he is so great, that word of his great greatness could not be contained in his own great social thread.

Great.

Falcon was the person I wanted to see most in a reveal trailer since we heard nothing about him at one point. Then he just happened to show up in the one of the best reveals since he was with Robin and Lucina

So pretty much that one trailer had me shouting at extreme fan boy levels due to all the new stuff.

So since I got a good response last time, and in lieu of anywhere else to share it, I'mma drop this here.

It's a poem of some description. Still a first draft, I will probably work on improving it sometime.

I am immortal
- such as he said,
preparing himself for death -
You cannot touch me
- and they did anyway,
carving his bones into dust -
I am not to be swayed
Ye shall not kill me

interesting
a diversion here:
he was drowning slowly
before he was saved
remarkable
really
how he could survive that

The worm that weaves
And the hand that calls
No! I do not answer
- but his coffin groaned
under the weight of his crooked bones -
See! I am much too muchly
For this wretched plane
- how the worms rejoiced
at such a splendid feast
calling as they did
with nail-bitten hands -
Go now
And ye shall know peace

peace, he said
and there was peace
a peace without words
echoes
only the road knows
where there is peace
in this hollowed land

And this shall be the site
I will lay here when I am gone
- not likely
it was over there
somewhere
who's to say -
Murderers and demons
I will not yield
- but he did yield
and it was magnificent -
For such meager things
I am the king of kings

but kings are still men
and gods are still kings
gods too decompose
the king is dead

The king is dead
- cry -
Long live the king
- laugh -
And what a king he shall be
- sneer -
In a world without end
- yes -

the king is dead
long live the king
the kingdom of ash and bone
a fitting place for a dead man's throne

Yeah, not really a huge fan of the Falcon much, especially now when all I fight is him both with friends and strangers, bleh.

Hi just wondering which paralogue you find harder? Priam's? or Aversas'? I heard somepeople claiming the Wellspring ot Truth to be really hard but with Dual Guard I find the mirror match favoring me while in Priam's you get overwhelmed by tons of units?

The other paralogues well I don't find them that hard
I personally found Priam's harder, but it depends on how built up your units are by the time you do Aversa's. It'll be much harder if your army has a ton of good builds completed.

Then again, once I finished a few of my builds, I managed to curbstomp Priam with just Chrom/Robin, Morgan/Cynthia, and Laurent/Lucina.

100% agree with the line part. Though Zelda's face in the picture with Marth. Hilarious XD.

Falcon love, eh?

I think Ganondorf is quite handsome.

I love older gentlemen, and he's got a body that would make Falcon bend knee and swear eternal fealty.
Hm, how about no.

Don't tell me you aren't in awe of that beard.

Not to mention those rippling thighs that could crush a man's skull.
No, no, NO! Just. No.

I never got into the Falcon hype.

Never. Nada. Nope nope nope.

"Someone call a doctor."

*doctor comes*

"What happened to this man, sir?"

"Uh yeah, this main fainted and spewed a giant heart from his head after some orange and red-haired chick in armor blew a kiss at him, though he didn't hit his head. You think he's fine?"

"He's fine. Didn't hit his head or anything. He's just lovestruck."

"Okay, thanks doctor. I'll stay with him until he's up and running again."

Speaking of doctors, can we talk about how horrible of a doctor this man is:4drmario:?

He literally just chucks pills at you until the problem is solved, or you're dead.

I've been trying to decide whether to spend my coins on either Game & Wario, or a combo of Earthbound and another game of either Punch Out!! (wii) or Paper Mario.

Let's just say you fellow thread members made me pick Earthbound and now I'm stuck wondering if I should relive Paper Mario, or play Punch Out for the first time.

You might as well go with Punch Out if you already played Paper Mario, unless you haven't played the original in ages like I have. I'm a bit biased because I don't find any sport games particularly interesting (boxing is no exception), but I'd go with Paper Mario.

On the topic of Captain Falcon:
For most of us, the glorification of Captain Falcon is not to be taken at face value. it is a form of collective subliminal humour: It is awesome, and sometimes funny, to glorify Captain Falcon.

Don't get the wrong idea: I think 99% of Smashers would say Captain Falcon is an important member of the roster for a variety of reasons, ranging from his goofiness, how distinct he is from the others, and how imperative he is to Smash culture. Not to of course dismiss dedicated Falcon mains or people who just love the character and the F-Zero franchise.

But that aside, it's blown out of proportion by intent. A lot of us, myself included, don't actually think Captain Falcon is the best thing in the world. In an instant I can think of a handful of Smash characters I like more, Ganny included. And no, many of us, myself included, don't actually find him sexy, in the literal sense. He's sexy in the same way newly forged steel is sexy, or a perfectly organized bookcase is sexy.

Kind of awkward explaining that, but now it's out of the way.

All jokes aside, there is no doubt...

... that Captain Falcon brings the hype...

... like no other can.

At least in 64, Melee, and PM. No one is as fun to watch as a good Falcon IMO. There's really no one else with moves like that.:4falcon:

Definitely get EarthBound as it's by far one of the best RPGs that I have ever played (perhaps my third or fourth personal favorite RPG).
As for the second game, it really depends.
If you really loved Paper Mario, I say go for that. I mean, you can't complain about getting a nice RPG like that!
If you want a pretty rare download game or if you loved the Wii retail game, go for Doc Louis' Punch Out!!. It will probably be the last time you will ever get the game.

I'm okay with it, I'll probably just purr and bat the stick with my tail.

Soulless, on the other hand, would likely rip out your jugular with his teeth and shove it back through your skull via your sinuses.

I decided to go with Paper Mario for my second game. I enjoyed playing it way back on the 64 and would like to play it again. As much as I'd like to try Punch Out, it's something that I feel like I'd drop pretty easily. That, and I remember seeing a copy of it in a this second hand store that I went to about a month ago (which also had a physical copy of FE7) Granted it could be gone by now, but if I really wanted to get it I could always run over there or buy it online.
