Seeing as both Mario Kart 8 and Hyrule Warriors are both getting DLC as well as Pikmin 3, I don't blame you. My belief is that DLC will only come to the Wii U version though, don't know why, just a gut feeling.

Some of it is pessimism and not wanting to get your hopes up. I'm personally not counting on it since I'm already content with the roster and don't want to go through this brutal process of campaigning for potential characters. Also, since it hasn't been confirmed beyond reasonable doubt, I don't want to get my hopes up for something that might never come. We still have yet to see Pokemon XY's "rest of the Kalos dex" and "more Mega Evolution" DLC.

I will say that Smash DLC is more likely and I'd be happy with it, but at the same time, I'm fine being content with the already expansive roster that we have now.

I don't think people necessarily think it's unlikely- I'd say it's very likely, actually. I think people just want to be cautious and not assume it's a guarantee.

I was looking back at old pages in the social thread and one comment stood out to me that Chrom is the face of Awakening while Robin is the soul. Does this make the Lucina the heart?

If DLC is real, can we have Anna? Asking for 5 Fire Emblem characters isn't too much of a stretch, right? Although, if anybody made from I.S. deserves to be in Smash, it's an Advance Wars character.

Actually, I was thinking of the Gematsu leak. You know, the one that was 100% real that confirmed Shulk, Chrom, and Chorus Men?

I never really thought Mewtwo was a complete guarantee, especially after Greninja was revealed.

If there is another pokemon DLC slot mewtwo is cool but id rather have Chesnaught, Blaziken, or Hawlucha. Maybe they could even find a way to put in Arcanine.

I know its not gonna happen but hey I can dream.

Actually, I believe I made a comment like that awhile back.

Soul seems more fitting for Robin since Robin captures the spirit and essence of Awakening and Fire Emblem in general while I believe Lucina to be the heart since she also drives the plot forward and tends to have the most tense scenes. The reveal of her being Chrom's daugher, a certain scene after Chapter 21, and the Future Past DLC anyone?

I guess I just don't see heart and soul as interchangeable.
