I watched the first one recently. Wasn't a huge fan.I'm not into Star Wars at all. Am I the only one? D:
I DIDN'T KNOW THIS TILL NOW!!! When??? Ahh!!!!!
FINALLY! We're FINALLY gonna get to see the new trailer for KHIII and 2.8!!!
Episode 1? There's your problem then, you watched the prequels before the original trilogy.I watched the first one recently. Wasn't a huge fan.
A New Hope.Episode 1? There's your problem then, you watched the prequels before the original trilogy.
Phantom Menace and Clone Wars were indeed kinda bad, though I think that nowadays it's not a bad idea to watch the movies in numerical order for story purposes.Episode 1? There's your problem then, you watched the prequels before the original trilogy.
I've heard some say that the first movie is the weakest of the three. They say the pacing is a little odd (some scenes in the desert are too long) and the effects didn't age well (the other movies had a much larger budget). When you view the whole trilogy, however, it all comes together and is much better. Still, you shouldn't be Stockholm Syndromed into watching watching and loving it if you don't want to.A New Hope.
With all the stuff that they've shown about the VII remake, I'm inclined to think that it stole away some of KH3's development time. They confirmed in an interview that they are different teams, but they also said that the VII team did get help from the KH3 one. Sigh... I love FF, but just give me my KH3 already!I almost forgot that Kingdom Hearts 2.8 was thing. A very pointless thing too. It's like they keep putting out some of this stuff as an excuse to not work on KH 3 or something..
Ah, okay then. It is the weakest of the three, so you not liking it makes sense. Still, you should watch The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Those are much better.A New Hope.
Is it wrong of me that I actually like the prequels? I won't deny their faults but I don't think they're as bad as people make them out to be (except the love scenes in Episode 2, those WERE bad...). They introduced the viewer to a grander universe and set up for the original trilogy kinda well.Phantom Menace and Clone Wars were indeed kinda bad, though I think that nowadays it's not a bad idea to watch the movies in numerical order for story purposes.
Saying you liked the prequels in public(as in with a ****ton of Star Wars fans in theaters, obviously getting ready for The Force Awakens), you'd be dead in secondsAh, okay then. It is the weakest of the three, so you not liking it makes sense. Still, you should watch The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Those are much better.

I mean, I thought that Revenge of the Sith was pretty good, and it's not like 1 or 2 were atrocious, just kind of average really and you'd think that they'd be a little better since it's Star Wars and all.Is it wrong of me that I actually like the prequels? MonsterStar Wars sucks.
I want my new Indiana Jones movies, Disney.
Stop holding out for Harrison Ford and just get someone new
You do know that Google(and alot if oher websites)aren't allowing spoilers to be leaked out unless they want to lose their Google accounts(including Youtube)?I have to until this Sunday to watch the Force Awakens. Oh, the joy of having to avoid spoilers...
Isn't that standard for just about any movie? Upload a clip from the movie not shown from the trailers and it will get shut down by copyright. You do know that Google(and alot if oher websites)aren't allowing spoilers to be leaked out unless they want to lose their Google accounts(including Youtube)?
This time is different, they'll literally shut down/delete your whole account, and then get banned right after. There's also the guy who plays Finn who said he'll kick someone's ass of there's spoilers.Isn't that standard for just about any movie? If you couldn't figure out by the image, tomorrow! Which by now means today!I DIDN'T KNOW THIS TILL NOW!!! When??? Ahh!!!!!
With Corrin getting into Smash, me getting to play a ton of Xenoblade Chronicles X, Cloud's release, possibly getting a Palutena amiibo, and now Kingdom Hearts news, my heart can't take it...
Wait... Star Wars and Kingdom Hearts on the same day? Coincidence?
Yeah, it really kind of is. And that's coming from a massive Kingdom Hearts fan.I almost forgot that Kingdom Hearts 2.8 was thing. A very pointless thing too. It's like they keep putting out some of this stuff as an excuse to not work on KH 3 or something.
I enjoy parts of the prequel trilogy (mostly the action and the world-building), and I think some people maybe go overboard with their hatred for them. I mean, they definitely are bad movies with some seriously wooden and emotionless characters, cheesy and hokey dialogue, an over reliance on not-always-the-best CGI, and a storyline that spends far too much time explaining all these random little coincidences that add nothing to the major plot (did we really need to know that Anakin built C-3P0?).Is it wrong of me that I actually like the prequels? I won't deny their faults but I don't think they're as bad as people make them out to be (except the love scenes in Episode 2, those WERE bad...). AND BY TODAY WE MEAN 8:20 PM EST!If you couldn't figure out by the image, tomorrow! Which by now means today!
I do finals the week after I get back form break, so 2016 week 2(or 3 if you wanna be a smartass)Well, all my finals are done, so I'm on break.
Time for some Christmas shopping!
I'm sorry... uhh... who are you?Oh I see--
I'm excited to see it and I'm not a Star Wars fan. It's the only movie in years that I've been willing to go watch in theaters.I'm shocked at how many people here have no interest in seeing Star Wars. You don't have to be a diehard to be excited for it.
I'd also like to thank ~Skelly~ , redfeatherraven , and @The Soulless One just for being awesome. You guys are awesome, by the way.
If you can forgive one impassioned plea. But what if I don't wanna get with the program? :3
I gotta ask, got any Star Wars themed avi's? I bet you have a Darth Vader one at the very least.snip
I do, actually. But I'm on mobile.I gotta ask, got any Star Wars themed avi's? I bet you have a Darth Vader one at the very least.
First chronologically or the first one filmed?I watched the first one recently. Wasn't a huge fan.
A New Hope. I asked False the same thing earlier. Considering that ANH is the weakest movie of the original trilogy, it's understandable that he was relatively meh about it.First chronologically or the first one filmed?
It's still better than the Phantom Menace..A New Hope. I asked False the same thing earlier. Considering that ANH is the weakest movie of the original trilogy, it's understandable that he was relatively meh about it.
Was there whining about sand? If so then it's the second prequel.I've only seen parts of the second movie when I was young.
Thing is, I don't remember which second movie it was.
Honestly, the only clear memory I have of it is a big battle in space. Was there whining about sand? If so then it's the second prequel.
Probably. but the way Sakurai said it could easily be interpreted as this is the last newcomer, but not last character (ie VET)No, she is the last one
The only space battle I recall from Attack of the Clones was with Obi-Wan's Starfighter and Jango Fett's Slave 1.Honestly, the only clear memory I have of it is a big battle in space.
But that's really unhelpful since that's the entire series.
I believe Nintendo also said she was the very last character, Sakurai doesn't need to do anything else anymoreI don't know why, but I've got this feeling that Corrin is just trying to steal Robin's thunder.
Maybe it has something to do that he is an avatar character, like Robin.
Can be male or female, just like Robin
And is half dragon, just like Robin.
Probably. but the way Sakurai said it could easily be interpreted as this is the last newcomer, but not last character (ie VET)
*cough*BattleofEndor*cough*But then Empire didn't have much that could be called a "big" space battle either.
