I'm pretty sure you Robin gorls have some misunderstanding here about the superior Robin. :^)
*pictures*
On the flipside though, M!Robin gets Peach, Rosalina, Zelda, Samus, Palutena, Wii Fit Trainer, and Lucina; all of which are great options. :p

You are a wise man and I will follow you to the ends of the earth and beyond.

Counterpicking yourself might be a good idea as well. Why? Forcing yourself in uncomfortable situations and dealing with them well. Someone said ESAM makes sure to take people away from Smashville and Town and City because most people are familiar and comfortable with those stages. He's trying to make his opponents uncomfortable. Now, what if someone is comfortable on all stages? You can't stress them out then and maybe, you've just screwed yourself over since they're fine and about to kick your *** as usual. :p

I was referring to the nature of the gif, dear. ;3

The ultimate stage list:

:smashville:
Would rather kill myself than play only on Smashville until the end of time.

I ban FD and SV just to piss people off (or make them take me to BF).

Proof your waifu is trash. There's no need to worry about who you CAN support with when you already know who you're going to S-Supprort. (:4robinm:x:4robinf: True Path)

You can't follow up with a dash grab from a down tilt efficiently. His down tilt was buffed... but it was a nerf in disguise. By giving it more power, it lost its utility.

I agree.

Also...
Smash has made me dislike female Robin. Sure, she has more personality, but she is sometimes a complete jerk.

Glad to know I'm not alone in the screw smashville department. Im just tired of seeing the stage from playing brawl for a good while when it was big despite my love of platforms .

Give me BF or gtfo

Honestly I find the fact Lucina and Robin are uncharacteristically rude in Smash Bros. to be rather hilarious.
It's not like half the cast aren't extremely out of character in Smash Bros.

As opposed to being a loudmouthed superhero macho man, F-Zero's Captain Falcon is a reserved and stoic bounty hunter.
I like both.

I've never seen the big thing about Female Robin, she just has less personality in her voice than the male one in my opinion. Male Robin you can just SENSE what he's saying, while the female robin just kind of yells :v

what are y'all up to on this fine afternoon
You're avatar is objectively the best avatar on the whole forum never change it thank you

Though, it hurts when your most wanted newcomer and one of your favorite characters... gets reduced to a meme.
I'm not really feeling it anymore.

At least male Robin is still somewhat in character. Shulk... not so much.

Hey, can someone link me to a website where I can find pictures of the Zelda crew in Fire Emblem art style? Please?

Sakurai is so biased.
True fact, Sakurai actually thinks that :4pit: and :4palutena: are weaker characters compared to others yet still won't buff them..... cause people will think his bias. It's silly.

Male Robin is best Robin. All about that Husbando life, not your Waifu trash.
I like:4robinm: kindness over :4robinf: sass. Though i don't mind the sass:4robinf:

I regularly ban Smashville because I just think it's Robin's worst stage of the common picks, lol.

Though if I'm feeling gusty, I'll run it to Smashville and go for Arcthunder -> Fsmash on the platform that reliably kills Bowser as low as 27%.

Not bias, equal. He kept his promise in giving Kid Icarus alot of love so that someone brave makes a sequel...Noone is Brave enough yet.
luigi's dtilt can still trip tho
He doesn't care for Luigi, so Pacman decided to make him feel loved.

Pit x Fem Robin confirmed
I just don't get why people seem to like going to Smashville so much in tourneys....

I have also never understood this gif
Because they're stupid...except for Pit and Robin players.

That's true. I'll concede "I'm really feeling it!" got old pretty fast.
Speaking of Phoenix Wright, the good thing about him is...he can't be turned into a meme if he's included.
He already is one. :p

Wow these are incredible! Kudos to the artist/creator!

Also F!Robin is best Robin cause reasons.

(Honestly though I love both cause they're both awesome in their own ways)

In case anyone was wondering where the replays of the Robin tournament are, there's been a problem: either my capture device is not working properly with Windows 10, Windows 10 uses far more RAM/processing power and leaves nothing over for the capture card to use, or the latest update to the capture software is broken. Either way, all I've gotten so far are really glitchy and broken videos that aren't remotely fit for uploading. So, it might be a while longer before I can get any replays up.

I really hate seeing and hearing those words. Initially I was OK with it, but now it gets annoying.

The thing with Wright and his quotes is that they are a major part of the series and his character. In fact, they are incorporated in his moveset in UMvC3. If you collect three pieces of evidence in Investigation Mode and go into Trial Mode, his "HOLD IT!" becomes an "OBJECTION!" and if he lands it, then he enters Turnabout Mode, where he basically becomes a god with a Level 3 HYPEr Combo.

It just bothers me with Shulk because "I'm really feeling it!" is not a major part of his character. He says it in Xenoblade yes, but it's still a random line he says. It basically takes a well-developed character and reduces him to a meme and it annoys the hell out of me.

My local Smash scene had a discussion a while back about what our stage list should consist of. I love the idea of having as many fair stages as possible since seeing BF, FD, and Smashville gets old after a while. I like playing on Castle Siege, Delfino and Halberd. It's too bad about PS2 and Skyloft not being playable since those could be interesting stages to play on.

I want more stages to play on because I think someone from around here mentioned it, but if we start limiting stages then we start limiting the meta. Not being able to play on as many stages hampers the meta from growing as much as it could. I'm all for having a bigger stage list because I'd rather test a stage out long enough then rather ban stuff from the start. For instance with the Wuhu remark, I personally feel iffy about Wuhu but because I've only played some handful of matches on there I'm not sure if it could be a legit stage. I see the potential for it, but I also see some against it. But as I mentioned, I'd want to try it out now and have it taken off later than not have the chance to experience it in the first place. The game's almost a year old so we've got plenty of time to really go through some of these stages and test things out. Smashville gets old real fast.

I don't get the point of banning certain stages. I mean I get the practicality of less stages resulting in easier and faster matches, but still. At least give everyone the option rather than banning things because they "should" be banned.

Smashville allows Sheik to take anyone on a Fair Train ride from one end of the stage to another, which is why I find it weird how people don't counterpick against Sheik players with another stage when given the chance.

It's just because they're not familiar with Shulk.

As more people buy it, he'll get more respect.

Thank you.

I'd rather, no kidding, play on Duck Hunt.
