Social "Time to Tip the Scales!" - Robin Social Thread

Not too crazy on amiibos myself.

Now having said that, I got a surprise text from a friend of mine who is currently visiting Cologne, Germany saying "wasn't sure you wanted one but I got you a Robin amiibo just in case." My poor Robin amiibo is going to be so far gender confused, especially once that 3ds amiibo adapter comes out to the US. Forced to be female in Smash but male in every other game. I'm sorry Robin.

On a completely different note, I can't believe the password for Golden Sun: The Lost Age is seriously 6 pages long. I mean, what the heck? That is hardly necessary, haha.

I can understand being worried about the health risks, but there are plenty of studies out there showing that being overweight isn't as bad for your health as we've been lead to believe. Obesity on the other hand is of course a big problem, especially in the US, but there is a distinction between the two. I'm not saying that people shouldn't try to be healthy, but what that means can differ significantly from person to person. Because everyone's bodies are built differently, so to speak.

Just some food for thought.

Beautiful is subjective. For example, we can consider nature beautiful while someone could call nature terrifying. I could find video games beautiful, but someone could say "They're for kids." The reason I placed the quotes around it is because my mindset is that it's not beautiful to be unhealthy especially if you're obese because of poor choices. I'm sorry you took it the way you did, but my original intentions and reason still stand. Even so, I can't force anyone to do something that I suggest. It's up to them.

Yeah. I myself can't be friends with someone who looks amazing outside but is a total ***wipe, *****face, ****head, etc. inside.
Considering that I was born with a body that makes me "underweight" for someone my height, I've been working toward making me overweight in the sense that I have more muscle mass than the bad fats.

Yeah it's fine. The Internet may making communication "easier", but that does not get rid of how problematic translating sarcasm and certain social cues are.

Well at least it's just a one and done deal. But it seriously took me like 30 minutes because when I wrote down the password on a post-it note, I didn't differentiate enough between the lower case t's and + signs so I had to keep checking what I did wrong, lol.

It might be a one time deal, but you're right, it's very time consuming (especially if you **** up one letter in the whole thing) but that doesn't stop me from putting them as my favorite jrpgs outside Pokemon and as some of my all time favorite games.
