this year's conference was mediocre af. some cool things were shown, specifically smt x fe, fe fates, star fox zero, and xenoblade chronicles x, but overall, it was just lacking.

Its was fine, Nintendo actually has some cool games coming out for the holidays for both Wii U and 3DS. I knew it wasn't going to be amazing after they said no NX news until next year.

The only disappointing thing for me is Mario & Luigi Paper Jam being set for 2016.

At least the Kingdom Hearts III trailer was BEYOND HYPE! Too bad everything else has been garbage.

The new Star Fox game looks great. I find it weird how it's neither a sequel nor a remake. Just tell us where it takes place dammit!

Nintendo's Digital Event was okay. I wished there was more to it though, it felt lacking. Hopefully they announce more titles later on...hopefully.

Not really surprised by Nintendo's E3, I expected to be underwhelmed after all Smash announcements were made on Sunday. To be fair, despite the really big announcements from Sony, I can't say there's been anything that won my interest so far.

You're using Kotaku as source.
You lose.

Honestly, though, Kotaku is the only site that has confirmed it, and they didn't even show hard proof, like a vid. Not even the FE: Fates E3 site has confirmed anything on that matter.
So, I'm still kind of wishful.

I've grown so accustomed to calling it Fire Emblem: If, it'll be rather difficult to refer it as Fire Emblem Fates now.

I can get with it being called Fates, even though If sounded better. Don't know why they decided to change it for the International versions.

I prefer Fates.
'If' always sounded weird for me. In Japanese it's ok because the word is in English, and it doesn't look too out of place to them as a title.
For English audiences, though, it can could create a lot of confusion and just look a like 'meh' title. I think 'Fates' catches the eye more than 'If' and still retains the meaning of the title.

I don't like Fates because that's implying something is set in stone which is the complete opposite of what the game is supposed to be...I like If because of all the sayings they've been making with "what if?" I'll get used to Fates eventually tho
