Tier lists: By stage
As per the community not caring, only Hyrule and Dreamland are required (Congo Jungle/Peach's Castle, what stage?).

Note that this is NOT sponsored by the backroom, this is just a separate thread before you ask. I just want to conduct this from a statistical purpose and that is all to see people's differing opinions. This is also to make it so character discussions about tier lists (see Link discussion for examples) go in a central topic.
It seems that people have varying tier lists, though specifically on stages. I'll compile them and form an average per stage after let's say 20-25 people post or something or more depending on how active this is.
Please note that I am not looking for matchup discussion outside of small chit-chat concerning others opinions. This only concerns this one concept. Matchup discussions go in the character matchup thread(s).
I would prefer that Congo is added as it is the 3rd neutral but it is not required.
