I'm reforming this thread for a couple reasons so please don't lock this mods.

1. Everyone is just posting characters and that gets boring really fast, please anything but character updates. SO PLEASE NO CHARACTER UPDATES!

2. People are posting impractical updates, try to be somewhat realistic. That means no "Chuck Norris's Leg as a stage!"

Anyways I want Race To The Finish to return but I would like it to be multi-player and online with a Runner of The Day.

Totally agree with those Pokemon music choices!

I'd also like a Starfox Adventures themed stage (to go with a certain other character), I don't care where in the game, as long as it also comes with the theme of (the certain other character) for its music.

luigis mansion would be nice. I want them to have an update where they admit random online play was a bad idea and the final product will include ranking. That would be nice, I don't want to get in a game and be against a person who is tons worse or tons greater than I am.

Some new modes of any kind, as long as they are new, for both single player and multiplayer (especially multiplayer).
A Mario Galaxy stage with things like gravity switches, and a tetris stage... various others, I could go on for a long time.

Those are the two main things I want to see... with the exception of, character updates, but we don't want those in this thread XD

Stages: Retro/Returning stages, Mario Galaxy stage.
Game Modes: STADIUM - Multi-Man Melee now with co-operative mode (just because I think it could be so bloody fun killing endless polygons with a friend).
Items: 'Mischief Makers' (N64 Game) themed assist trophy, even if it were the main character Marina. That would seriously make my day. Also an Ashley assist trophy (or Jimmy T.) from WarioWare.

I hope they make an interactive update. A flash file for one character you can run around with on screen, something sakurai said inspired him, anything I can mess around with!

I would like to see a wifi update. this update keeps track of your win-lose ratio. that way, you play against people withing the same range of wins to losses as you.

for example if you won 75 matches, and lost 25, you would fight someone who was winning 75% of there matches.

heres what i want most of all and i can almost garantee no1 has thought of it. If he could only make 1 more update i would wnat it to be the opening movie for brawl ( the little amv thing that plays at the beginning of the game ) i think that would be awesome, possibley reveal more charecters and get every1 into the mood for playing brawl.

Why have Bowser's Castle when you can have Bowser's Airship fleet?!

Seriously, those things need to have a reappearance - aside from Galaxy or Mario Kart DS anyway.

The way I'm thinking on it, the stage would scroll slowly to the right like the last section of Rainbow Cruise through 3 different airships and repeat. Obstacles would include flames, cannonballs(if items are on, capsules instead) and bob-ombs(rare - and only if items are on).

If we're really up to it, we can also include other ships in the background firing at you(have a targetting reticle like with the Halberd's cannon), and toss in a Boom-Boom Koopa(i think that was his name) pop up in there just for kicks.
