I've never had a panic attack before. Bouts of sadness n stuff yes, but never panic attacks. Scary stuff. I was confused and nervous beyond reason....

Is that how IRL works?

I've got a ...embarrassing ailment... that has been hindering my work all week. It hit me hard today and I had to go home sick.

I hope it gets better soon. I had this same problem a year ago. I hope it doesn't become a yearly thing like the yearly coughs I used to get
