Support all the way. The Wario Land series is severely underrepresented in Smash and Captain Syrup's inclusion could help fix that.
Also we need more pirate characters.

For a moment, I almost thought you were talking about Risky Boots.Though at least the other purple pirate is already out of the way.
Like hell, the space pirate leader doesn't count. It's amazing there are not any pirates in smash yet. Captain Syrup would indeed be unique
Ridley doesn't count! haha
I think it's kind of funny how Waluigi would be placed with the Mario characters instead. He's never been a Wario character, haha.Captain Syrup is someone who I prefer to be a Wario rep over every single WarioWare character in existance, even Ashley. It sucks that the Wario Land series and Wario World have not gotten the proper representation that it greatly deserves. After all, Wario Land is Wario's true roots, where he became the Wario we all love. Captain Syrup has history with Wario going back to the first Wario Land title where she fought against Wario as well as in Wario Land 2. Then she assist Wario in Shake It.
Ideally, the Wario series, in my opinion, I like to see three reps. Wario, Captain Syrup, and Waluigi (as soon as he appears in a Wario Land/Wario World sequel game) would be the three I would be happy with. As a big fan of Wario Land and Wario World, I support Captain Syrup for Smash!
Yeah, Waluigi only did a cameo in a Warioware game. Otherwise, he's more of a Mario Tennis character, if anything.I think it's kind of funny how Waluigi would be placed with the Mario characters instead. He's never been a Wario character, haha.
I'd also love three Wario reps. Wario, Mona and Captain Syrup. And have a bunch more Wario Land/World music added!
I certainly do, especially in regards to Risky.Sure I guess. The Wario Land games are good. Off topic but does anyone else get Wario Land vibes from Shantae?
It's such a shame that Wario Ware gets most of the attention in general and in Smash. It's been 11 years since Shake It got released and we haven't got a Wario Land game since then. Just got to keep support for the series going.I came here to say, I can't really stand Wario Ware. Captain Syrup getting in would be like obliterating that series from existence.
Ironically, WW hasn't gotten much (if any) new content after Smash 4. It really is a struggle for every Wario fan to get anything in Smash, including playable characters for either series. It's such a shame that Wario Ware gets most of the attention in general and in Smash. It's been 11 years since Shake It got released and we haven't got a Wario Land game since then. Just got to keep support for the series going.
Speaking of Wario Land, check this out...
Mr. Whatshisname has a great artstyle and I vastly enjoy it. He does post quite a bit of Wario Land content. Here is the link to the original.
Such a terrific tribute to a great series.
