Wrong, Friendship is Soras powerAnyway friendship enpowers Digimon.
Yeah I couldn't bring myself to finish it.Replaying Tears of the Kingdom now.
It's crazy how they spent 5 years making this game using mostly reused assets and still made it feel so...undercooked. Like the Depths and Sky Islands all just blend in together and largely feel like filler, while the more intricately designed surface from the previous game is mostly just stuff you've already seen before. What a disappointment in a game all about exploring.
It really feels like they went for a quantity over quality approach here. In their defense I guess they were leaning more into a sandbox style of game here moreso then a brand new adventure but still.
I really like some of the new enemy additions though. Gleeoks, Boss Bokoblins and Gibdos in particular are all pretty cool.
I honestly disagree about the Depths. While I got a bit tired of exploring them in the middle of the game or so since I wanted to focus on storyline stuff, I actually enjoyed exploring them early on and especially more so later in the game. The Kohga fights and Mineru quest were only highlights of it.Replaying Tears of the Kingdom now.

I think the sky islands could have done without repeating some of the layouts. I had fun on them regardless but obviously the more unique ones were better.I honestly disagree about the Depths. I do, however, think, that the Sky Islands were mostly disappointing. There's only a few of them that aren't just one small or a series of small isolated islands, barring the mandatory ones, and the game's trailers and gameplay promos made the Sky Islands seem like they were going to be a lot more important to the gameplay and story than they actually ended up being.
The best thing about the sky islands were getting those sundelions required to make the light meals to counteract that damned gloom damageI honestly disagree about the Depths. One of the best deadbeat dads of all timeDay 28: No More Heroes

Fun fact I did consider doing DQXIS for this but decided against it. Anyway, No More Heroes! These hack and slash games stand out to me as when I was a kid, I saw it in a gaming magazine and was very interested, only to not be able to play any of the games until the Switch, but boy did it live up to my expectations, especially after they got hyped up by specific youtubers I saw a decade ago. In these games, you play as Travis Touchdown, this greasy little *head who's goal is to score, very relatable for Gamers I'm sure, and to do that, he'll slice and dice anyone he needs to with his beam katana! Travis doesn't sound like a good eprson and well, he's not, but that's part of why he's fascinating, he's a real sack of * who nobody would like, but there's something captivating about Robert Atkin Dawnes' performance and you can actually see Travis change over time. It's not much cause by Travis Strikes Again and No More Heroes 3 he's still a douche, but it's noticable and kinda endears you towards him, idk. The gameplay isn't particularly deep but it's always been very fun to hack people up, but then there's the asterisk to my recommendation, this series loves minigames, Travis needs to do part time jobs to earn money and these generally kind of aren't good, but it's the kind of iffy to outright bad game design that's done on purpose. These games are very funny but your enjoyment will be determined whether or not you can tolerate deliberately bad stuff or if you'd go "No, deliberately being bad is still being bad". I don't blame anyone for thinking lesser of these games even if I think they're fun
I feel I should say something this time instead of when you asked it earlier but honestly when it comes to scrimblo animal platformers you really need to consider what abilities the animals would bring or what personality traits you could slap onto what animal. For example, you could easily have like, a triceratops be the Rambi of this idea but using a koala for an enemy can let you have an enemy that sits in trees that you can use to jump off of. Just consider what you can do with either option. Hell, you could even use both if you want, maybe make the setting of an island where experiments are done to help endangered species and bring back extinct ones, it lets you do bothPlease vote in my poll

Yeah. That’s honestly where the idea is kind of going. Playable characters are endangered animals (Panda for DK, Koala for Diddy, Lemur for Dixie, etc) and animal buddies are the extinct animals.I feel I should say something this time instead of when you asked it earlier but honestly when it comes to scrimblo animal platformers you really need to consider what abilities the animals would bring or what personality traits you could slap onto what animal. Guys. There's story leaks for Pokemon: Legends Z-A floating around the internet. If you don't want to get spoiled then stay the **** away.
The main one seems to be Lysandre returning, which explains the existance of Mega Pyroar.
Christ I remember these. The mid-late 2000s was crawling with these plush toy virtual worlds. Webkinz still the GOAT though.Thinking about Rescue Pets MyEPets

A lot of companies really wanted a piece of the Webkinz pie. Apparently My EPets decided to go for the gimmick of making their pets and/or plushies look as miserable as possible
Consider the velvet worm - it can spit a sticky glue-like slime substance to scare off predators or catch prey. Also I just find them cute, idkI need to come up with another animal buddy who could have the same function as squitter that isn’t a giant spider.
Maybe a silk moth? I know it’s the caterpillars that make the silk, but caterpillars aren’t known for their running and jumping. Besides it’s a work of fiction, an adult moth can shoot silk if it wants to.I need to come up with another animal buddy who could have the same function as squitter that isn’t a giant spider.

Webkinz will always have a special place in my heart, hell, that's where I got my username.Webkinz really is a marvel. It and Neopets are really one-of-a-kind among online virtual worlds. So many of these online games shut down or otherwise met their demise, including absolute champions like Club Penguin, but nothing ever stopped Webkinz.
Also, instead of completely replacing the original, the creators made its follow-up a SEPARATE game so players could still play the OG version if they didn't click with the new one. Club Penguin's failure to do this was arguably its downfall.
If any more future web games/online virtual worlds become a thing, I hope they follow the Webkinz blueprint.

I mean it’s so obvious that Vinnie is Lysandre. XY explained that he is now immortal but was trapped beneath the rubble. Now how would rubble get cleared? With a redevelopment company meant to fix the area.

I still love this smash moveset I came up with for Fulgore. Would love it if it was real.Alright, that's two Rareware characters for Smash down! This time I did Fulgore from Killer Instinct. If anyone is interested, here he is.
I used Ryu as a base since KI and SF both are six button fighters with light, medium, and heavy attacks. Then I just made it KI crazy from there and added Fulgore's own gimmicks on top of that KI crazyness. I wanted his attacks to all be just as quick and linkable as they are in KI so you can really build up his combos just as well in Smash as you can in KI.
