The Paradox B&W rumors which I think was stated the most.

Now if we get Legends Johto instead then I'm out because I am not a 32 year old boomer who incorrectly thinks Gen 2 is the best in the series.

They'll reveal Pokemon Trozei 3 and Pokemon Trozei 3 only.

Franchise saved.
That commercial for the first game lived in my head rent free for months.

I dunno why but in a way I'm kinda

Dreading Pokemon day?

If there's BW remakes, I honestly expect them to be on par with BDSP.

Also Scar/Vio are done which are main games so lol.
Eeeeeeeh I could be wrong but here’s what I think.

When it came time for a Sinnoh revisit Gamefreak got this wacky idea, Legends Arceus. But because it was such an untested concept they got another studio to have a more traditional game ready as a safety net in case it flopped. Hence BDSP.

Here we are two years later, and PLA was the most well received Pokémon game in years and BDSP gets a ton of ****. So maybe they won’t feel a chibi Unova is necessary this time?

Is there still a chance for the Switch 2 reveal next month as rumors have said, even though there might be a delay in the system's release?
Who can say?

Nintendo's lineup of releases is basically bone dry at this point because TTYD HD, which is coming.......sometime this year? and Prime 4, which probably ain't even coming for the Switch 1 at this point.

There's probably at least 1 new Pokemon game coming but, as far as first party titles are concerned, they're probably all being saved for the next console.

Do we feel confident on Sonic X Shadow Generations appearing at the Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase?

Maybe we get a release date.

I kinda wonder if Scar/Vio have any gas left in them or if they're basically done.

There's still a couple of weird, unused items in the code, along with an entire version exclusive Rotom Phone case, but for all we know, those items could have been cut content that are just leftover.

Feels like there's a lot of things they coulda done with Tera raids that they just, never did.

New episodes of Pokemon Concierge

That is prime Pokemon Day Presents Material, Maybe there won't be a presents after all and the Wii U era is back Bay-beee
They're clearly getting it out of the way so they have time to announce the classic GB/A games coming to NSO (supreme cope)

Thinking about companies which usually collab with Nintendo, we could also see stuff from Square Enix or Capcom.

Square Enix could finally tell us more about Dragon Quest 3 Remake, while Capcom could announce another compilation of games.

Not typically one for the social thread, but with all the talk about Xbox's plans, and how big Nintendo needs to go with their next hardware/software, there is some news that definitely illustrates the consistent problem the AAA gaming scene is facing:

Kind of a rock and hard to place for Sony really; do you build up the console as an exclusivity machine to get system sales up or go much earlier with your PC ports to get better ROI on these increasingly big budget releases? Sony stock I'm sure will bounce back, and 2025 is presumably going to be a big year for them. But the storm clouds are starting to approach and woes of the industry will hit a point where a few big hits (GAAS ones or not) won't be able to fully undo them.

Also hoping for Ace Attorney 7, but capcom refuses to release it lol.

The craziest plot twist would be if Ace Attorney X Pokémon is announced like that random rumor said.

I watched that one.

Summed up as: "Game good, but BotW was already good. Story feels not very good."
This and titles like that are further convincing m e that most Youtube reviewers either just want views or just want everybody to be negative about everything.

At this point it's like, can people just not like not enjoy something without people trying to stand on a metaphorical podium and try to tell them that it sucks anymore? lmao

I mean, the video wasn't saying the game sucked, it was saying the game was great.

Just, it was flawed, and I kinda agree with a lot of the points presented.

The one that stuck with me the most was the building gimmick which was just

"This feature is great, I just wish the game forced me to use it more often and made me get creative, because while you can build these amazing things, there's no reason to when something like a control stick and 2 fans are the solution to everything."

tbh I think the biggest thing that has aged poorly that they kept in TOTK is the basic framework of the combat; it in general feels super sluggish and delayed with how most attacks stop your momentum entirely + it gets boring very quickly outside fighting specifically lynels
