It's official, Sonic has received his groove back. It may not be perfect, but it is a step in the right direction after a long while.
I will not die until I achieve something.

Even though the ideal is high, I never give in.

Therefore, I never die with regrets.

Inb4 the next Sonic game after this is either garbage or mediocre.

Hopefully SEGA and Sonic Team can use this information to learn on making better sonic games. Then again, when people have their hype too high, disappointment is very likely. Thus, the "Sonic Cycle" begins anew.

So, how good is Sonic Frontiers, apparently? I would like to know.

I understand it is not perfect, but still, I am curious.
Its score on Metacritic is 73 so this means how good the game depends on how much you enjoy it.

(yes, I'm a Sonic fan who believes in subjectivity, sue me)

It’s already sold a Frontillion units, and it’s not even out yet.
You're not saying it is that good, are you?

Eh, never cared for Metacritic. Still, that is better than what Sonic Forces did, which was in the 50s.

Somewhere out there on this big blue marble
Wait, guys conspiracy:

Elon Buys Twitter pretty recently
Elon owns emerald mines

Sonic is coming out very soon
Sonic collects emeralds

Both are very prolific on Twitter

Guys

Is Sonic Elon? I mean, I haven't seen them in the same room together
No, he hates authority and slavery, he'd sooner destroy every Tesla than compliment the sentient sack of ****

It's got good reviews on par with like Generations, I think the answer is that it's good.

Is this another SnakeFighter64 complaining about open world games moment again?
Oh, right. After all, again, the reviews seem better than what Sonic Forces had. It's a start.

Here I go hoonting again

the reviews are decent
Okay then. That is good enough for me. I wasn't expecting around 90, anyways.

It's probably good to remember that critics usually don't adore 3D Sonic titles. Generations and Colors are commonly considered pretty good games and even their scores aren't much higher.

Yeah, I knew that. I mean, I was not expecting around the 90s as I said. I was hoping for low 80s, but even that is being generous.

Don't want to be the "memes bad" guy but I think Sonic Twitter can hold off the ironic humor a bit.

It's sometimes funny but usually feels like they're trying too hard.
Webber did give us this legendary tweet
There was a problem fetching the tweet

But then they ruined it by making Forces

Actually wait because they just got off of Rise of Lyric they had 0 room to talk lmao.

Yeah, I never trusted Aaron Webber, to be honest. When the Sega Forums were still around, which he ran, by the way, he did a poor job with things. It was bad there on the Sega Forums and he did nothing to improve on it. He is bad at his job, if you ask me.
