After I take care of more important life stuff, I wanna try and build up my PS2 collection. It's a little tricky cause some games can vary WILDLY on price depending on how fresh the copy is. I'm trying to keep things 40 bucks and under.

Haven't had a ton of time to play many games recently. Most of my time spent not on work or internship stuff has been on drawing or watching videos while drawing. But I'll eventually finish Okami cause I did get to the start of the third act I'm pretty sure(I beat Ninetails). I guess that's why I like shorter games more often than not. But I don't hate longer games either.

For "newer" stuff I want to get my hands on the Battle Network Collection. And TMNT and SOR4.

I have a long way to go to catch up on where Death Battle is now.

Finished watching Hulk vs. Doomsday and Lara Croft vs. Nathan Drake.

Both were really fun fights.

Over 70 episodes I gotta catch up on. Lol.

I picked up Squid Game 3: Mad Max Edition. I enjoyed the previous Splatoon games, at least the story mode - online mode was a nightmare in my experience. I was a little annoyed that Splatoon 2's story felt like a retread of Splatoon 1's story, but by my understanding, Splatoon 3 does something different.

Admittedly, I still need to finish the Octoling expansion in Splatoon 2 (I can't remember if the difficulty ramped up all of a sudden, or if something else kept me from going back to it), but I figure Splatoon 3 will be a nice short campaign, and I'm interested to see where they go with it.

(Though if we don't get some kind of ink-thrower guitar like the flamethrower guitar from Mad Max: Fury Road, I will be mildly disappointed)

So wait, Smash Bros PMEX Remix added a fully custom Sukapon moveset last update and I never knew until now? Friendhip ended with Ultimate.

But seriously, Sukapon is one of my most wanted Smash characters, up there with Lip/Furil and Ayumi, so I'm unironically super excited for this and I feel like I have to check that modpack out now. Sure helps a lot of my other characters have been ported over, too, like Palutena and Terry. It's only missing Inkling and King K. Rool and the gang would be complete.

Yooo that's sick, I should play that again. I just recently dumped my copy of Brawl, too, so I'll have to look into what's been going on in the Smash modding scene since I left it for a bit.

I have started my attempts at clearing Soul Melter EX with every character in Star Allies. I've cleared it with Como, Rocky, Dedede, Marx, Adeleine and Ribbon, Dark Meta Knight, Magolor, and the Mage Sisters so far.

How do you think the Cupid copy ability from Amazing Mirror could be made more interesting in a future game?

Tbh Archer is basically just better Cupid without the winds. I may be an Amazing Mirror nerd, but Cupid was just a horrible ability to use. I'd gladly take Archer over it even if it meant loss of flight. If you want to make it better, then all you need to do is make it so the damage isn't piss poor and that the air control is half decent. It was a decent ability but in and of itself the gameplay was horrible cause it was so bad.
