Just came back from the cinema. My younger cousins LOVED this new Indy movie, they even said It was their favourite which was quite fun to see.

The weird thing about kids movies is that adults got way to reliant on them appearing on streaming like 3 weeks later which IMO, is what killed Elemental.

That said, I doubt TMNT flops. Just gotta generate a good amount of hype like Spiderverse and Mario did and it's good as gold

Oh yeah, forgot to say now that we are talking about my cousins.

My cousine (basically her mother) talked to me and she offered me to help her clean up the rooms of their children to throw away the stuff they don't need anymore, as apparently right now both of their rooms are a huge mess.

She told me that she would reward me at any kind of size, but because I didn't want to be abusive I initially asked for 15 or 25 bucks. In the end we agreed I would start working on their rooms sometime after next week for 50 bucks or more (the amount was her idea).

So yeah, I kinda have something big to do in the following days, so that's cool.

I admit what I said was rather uncalled for, everyone has a right to their opinion. Guess what it was is that I'm still kind of sour how dirty they did Indy especially after the fourth one ended it perfectly (Although the ending of this one makes up for it but still doesn't save the movie for me).

Mutt dying off-screen in Vietnam felt like Disney giving Kingdom of the Crystal Skull the middle finger.

They could've just had him off doing something else and unavailable for the duration of the film, then use the time-travel as an excuse to recast him (and maybe retcon his less popular moments if you want). Or if you have to kill him off for the plot, at least connect him to the plot via having the whole Dial of Destiny thing be something he was searching for and got killed in the process of finding, with Indy and co. taking up the mission in his stead.

That is a good question in which it will be interesting to see which of the remaining 2023 films will do well in terms of its box office projections.

I have not acted my age at times. Don't know when it could happen again, but hopefully, not for a long while, though I believe I have been doing well so far.

really all TMNT has to do is make more money than every Nickelodeon Movies Film besides maybe BayTurtles 2014 (unless they somehow outdo Bay as well), which should be easy considering the property. Also helps that Rise aside, Nick loved TMNT as a whole.

I really hope not.

It's fairly clear at this point, I'm still quite an immature ***hole. God dammit. Me and this stupid impulsive habit of mine.

Like you said CannonStreak until I'm sure I change for the better, I won't apologize anymore and keep crying wolf.

What I'll just try to do then is see my process over time to see if I eventually improve.

You guys have every right to not like me given this behavior of mine. I just don't know what gets over me sometimes, either way, see where things go from here and if it gets to that point, I'll ask the mods to give ban me for a month.

I'm gonna rant a little about modern media. Whether it comes to games, shows, and movies, each one of them have a huge issue that beem bugging me for a while: why is modern sound mixing so ****ing BAD nowadays. Every single thing has the music just as loud if not louder than the dialouge and I swear I can not hear what they say without proper subtitles. And sometimes, I have to rewind a part multiple times because they either made it near impossible to hear, or they cut off their own line by making it fast as **** for no reason, and their usually in scenes with important dialouge. Seriously, it's so bad that it makes the HD version of Adventure 2 sound crystal clear
