I need to stop being lazy and finish my Tikal drawing. Especially when the line art has been pretty much done for close to 2 or so weeks now: She just needs to be shaded.

Kinda thinking I might try my hand at a Mawile drawing next. It definitely won't look as good as the art I'm using for my avatar ATM (I wish I could draw that well, lol), but It'd be fun to take a crack at Pokemon art again after how long it's been for me.

I've noticed as I've been drawing, I seem to gravitate towards large, very unrefined shapes rather than finite and small details. hmmm......

apparently a singular building exterior was more complex than every other set from a CG project Nick worked on, and they managed to get through the technical issues


...jeez that makes me wonder how much Jimmy Neutron had to deal with just to get a building setup

I think it's less of "I should've done more" and more of "I should've done less". Most of these thoughts just include "I shouldn't have asked", "I shouldn't have said how I felt" etc. I don't really know what to do in a scenario where that's the case.

Pretty much the same advice applies. If you think you've done too much then try to understand and learn how to handle the situation better instead of regretting what happened. Being more aware of what's happening.

Often times however you may have done the right thing, said something you felt was helpful for instance, some people don't take criticism all that well, even if it was well intended. But that's on them whether they can take it or not. If they didn't take it well, then, now you know, no more advice for them. That's their loss, so long as you were being respectful in your delivery.

They made an area of their NYC just to represent getting lost in the city...and also more specifically...to replicate the Leonardo fight that is well known to TMNT fans. Him fighting the Foot in the cold snow at night trying to enjoy some Christmas dinner with the family and April+Casey. They ran out of money for a construction site to be fully accurate tho...so they made a wooden fence instead

While I personally am not bothered by the idea of a non-game character in Smash, I never liked the reasoning people used to justify Popeye.

The most significant thing he contributed to Donkey Kong was not being in it. That's not exactly what I'd call an "honory game character".

More so then Goku, Spongebob, and such.

If any non-gaming character gets in its him. Without Popeye there'd be no Mario, and without Mario, gaming today wouldn't be as it is now. No God of War. No Capcom and Mega Man. No Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat. No Halo. No Devil May Cry and God of War, you name it.

Kuro Kabuto (Shredder's helmet) was inspired by Mempo. He is inspired by Sho Kusugi, with his clothes being a mix of Mirage (design) and 90s Shredder (coloring)

The Foot Clan were inspired by the Kamen Rider henchmen (who I guess had no name, but Cutie Gwen would probably know more about that than I would) before they took the 90s Foot design updated to modern times.

and Karai was inspired by Death Race 2000 before she got her final design and that old getup was used for Shinigami
