Tbh I never want voice chat in Pokemon. I've traded with folks by text and some of them make me scared of what it'd be like to actually speak to them. Like one time, there was this guy who kept capitalizing the first letter of each word and I don't want to know what that sounds like.

That's another thing. Sometimes they color their font to red, the evil color of the devil, so then you have to worry about trading them your Pokemon because it might just be a ritual sacrifice to some dark lord, like Wolfe.

The added background buildings and shading definitely add a lot to the new one, really gives the scale of the city despite being 2D, and looks really good as well. Love the blinky red things, I'm a sucker for those and they help make the atmosphere less 2D as well. Love the ones off in the distance too. Definitely makes it more consistent overall. Love it.

Yeah, the main reason why I redid this is because I wasn't quite getting the depth feel so what I did was darken the colors used and then moved that lower, and then just made the rest of the buildings in the back. As you may have noticed, I had to sacrifice some buildings for that effect.

I'll spoil who I used for Honey, though: It's Hilda, from Three Houses. Her jump grunt sucks 'cause Hilda doesn't have any normal grunts (they're all yelling ones) so I had to improvise and cut a specific phrase. She just says "yeah" when jumping now lol.

Byleth can use any sword like it’s the Sword of the Creator, which can be bought via a NG+ playthrough, unleashes larva ass lights death through the swords…and can ****ING freeze time during gameplay.

Can’t wait to recruit her for both the gameplay and for the secret route…ugh I need her over Shez now
