Interesting concept with incorporating multiple dimensions and time periods, and I appreciate you trying to create actual character growth by addressing how much Sonic's friends have been relying on him as of late and how they all need to develop into capable fighters of their own. The dialogue also feels like it would fit nicely in an actual Sonic game (well, at least before the Pontac and Graff era) and everyone seems to be in character.

The Sonic Boom jokes (like Sonic's arm color and that universe's Eggman being useless) and the jab at Green Hill were pretty cute, too.

Thank you! I’m glad that what I’m trying to do with this story is coming across pretty clearly so far. I definitely wanted to give everyone their time to shine as well. There’s still a lot of ideas I have in mind and I plan on writing out more of that out. Any thoughts about how I can improve what I have here so far or what I should keep in mind working further on this?

I'm not entirely sure what critique I could give it, honestly. Maybe just avoid making the story feel overcrowded with characters and focus on your core groups (I've seen your roster and I'm not sure if you plan to incorporate even one offs like Erazor and Merlina into the narrative, but you've handled more minor characters like Big and Fang well so far), and continue what you're doing with having Sonic's friends learn to start relying on their own strengths.

I didn’t have any plans for those two atm, they might by DLC characters though if they were base they could also be like one off fights like Atrocitus in Injustice 2. I’ll try to figure out who to focus on fit chapter markers and how most if not all the base characters should be included. There are a few scenes I have in mind involving certain characters. I’ll be sure to share further updates as soon as I can.
