Guess who just found a shiny Regice in Sapphire.
Guess who couldn't catch it because it was in the ****ing Battle Tower.

That's the second time I'm finding an uncatchable Shiny Pokemon in Gen 3. Feels great wasting that 1/8192 chance like that. At least I got the ribbon for the Lv. 50 challenge. Now time to grind for Lv. 100.
