Yes but that's not surprising. A lot of characters have inconsistent popularities across regions.

• Kanto
• Orange Archipelago
• Johto
• Hoenn
• Orre
• Sevii Islands
• Sinnoh/Hisui
• Unova
• Kalos
• Alola
• Unnamed region from the 1997 Good/Silver prototype (I'm calling it Nihon)
• Galar

Regions from spin-off games and other medias will not be included.

Don't know how long it will take.

Japan tends to have ****ty tastes, but thats none of my business.

I never really care about the regional preference of a video game character.
