Tbh, I think the Mario RPG restrictioms were the absolute worst with Paper Jam. Not saying that it is the worst Mario RPG, but it is hands down the most generic and boring. Sticker Star at least had some cool ideas and levels.

To be fair, Mario 64 is much more technically sound and aged far better than SA1. It also didn't have multiple conflicting gameplay styles to juggle.

He controls fine IMHO, but to say he's absolutely flawless is wild to me when wall jumps are incredibly annoying.
