Which non-Sonic games should I get for the sega genesis on steam?
I'm assuming you're talking about the Genesis/Mega Drive collection here. I haven't played all of the games in there, but looking through the list...

-Gunstar Heroes - a fun arcade shooter (similar to Contra or Metal Slug, though much easier) with some really creative bosses, by the company that made Sin & Punishment and Wario World. If you can only pick one non-Sonic game, I'd highly recommend this one.
-Shining Force - a strategy RPG similar to Fire Emblem (though surprisingly, not based on it), but without perma-death so it's more accessible
-Streets of Rage 2 (I haven't played much of them, but the first Streets of Rage seemed rougher)

If you want a more traditional RPG, there's Phantasy Star, but I'm not sure which one would be best to go with. Alex Kidd (a platformer series starring Sega's pre-Sonic mascot) and Golden Axe might also be worth looking into.

How would she play in Mania? Like I see her using her hammer in some way though how could she differ from the other five?
I think a mixture of Adventure 1 hammer jumping and her Sonic Advanced moveset would work pretty well. She could maybe be just a hair slower in base run speed in favor of a new style of momentum gameplay that rewards gaining speed by vaulting off of surfaces with her hammer. You could also give here a hammer spin glide, similar to the New Tricks mod someone made for SA1.

Sounds good! Though it's worth noting that the Genesis version of Virtua Fighter 2 is quite different from the arcade version.

Still, I'm sure it's enjoyable, and it only costs about a dollar (at least going by my Steam account), so it'll likely be worth it.

I beat New Pokemon Snap earlier today. My first playthrough of every level felt like the opening of Detective Pikachu to me - I was in awe, seeing Pokemon that I was familiar with and ones that I hadn't even heard of acting naturally. It's a short game, but that alone made my playthrough worth it. (though I still have more to do; going by the in-game missions, it seems like there are some legendary Pokemon hidden on each island, or possibly each level)

So, this is the Fighting Ex Layer Discord, if anyone is interested. I'll see what they can do. However, the thought of the challenges that I will face be too great for me, will also bring out the best in me. And then, I will ascend to a substantial level in contrast to my current stature. I am ready.

I'm up to the final battle in Immortals: Fenyx Rising but I will do side quests to prepare for it since it's giving me a "point of no return" warning.

GUYS, I JUST REALIZED SOMETHING

ARCADE GAMES ARE THE ULTIMATE ORIGIN OF MICROTRANSACTIONS
That's actually why a lot of older games are very difficult, because they were designed to eat quarters and make money. However, come consoles and that design choice didn't translate as well due to consoles nit needing quarters to operate. In turn, the games got easier to appeal to a broad audience.

Well, I've had to assign individual roles for myself in order to stay in the FEXL server. One, was a console choice, which I've chosen the Switch. The second, was tournament interest, which I've put casual, due to an awfully long hiatus. Third, was skill level rating, which was the options of a pawn, knight, bishop, queen, or king. I've chosen queen, because while I have alot of experience in me, it's not enough, until I meet my limit one day.

Overall, that's interesting.

Officially, it's "Chi-ru-no." Somehow it got Romanized as "Cirno" without an H, so some Western fans who didn't check the wiki for the Japanese version of her name ended up calling her "Sir-no" instead.

This should clear things up
I figured as much, but I wanted to make the joke regardless

I'm still surprised we've yet to have gotten an anime on The Legend of Zelda tbh given the potential.

I also want a Kid Icarus anime.

Both have the potential as NetFlix exclusives given Castlevania.

Hey. Just... as a question... and a weird one at that.... if you had to order this list in a way other then alphabetical, how would you do it? Like.... for the character select screen or the website or something. Like.... one that starts with Godzilla and ends with the guest characters. Radiating out based on relevance to the series/number of appearances. It's what I tend to do with mine.

The Emoji Movie really was a thing that happened huh?

Felt like it was a fever dream.
It didn’t even have the decency to be wonderfully awful. It was just a bad, generic kids movie.

I just got a text from my mom saying my sister is in the hospital for a possible stroke
Sorry to hear that, man. Hope she does alright.

edit: whoops double post

And the worst thing is...

There's been worst.

The Amazing Bulk, Rapsittie Street Kids: Believe in Santa, those animated Titanic movies, Strawinsky and the Mysterious House, Foodfight, Cats (2019), etc.
