Neat - I wasn't aware that it's out on Disney Plus. (I wasn't sure how the Canadian release would work, since as far as I know, Hulu is US-exclusive)M.O.D.O.K. is now out and available to the world on Hulu...in America at least. Seems like many other countries gets to have this adult show on Disney+ (along with mother ****ing Family Guy of all series)
I want adult content on my Disney+
Now if only a show revolving around a certain sponge could end as well...Late, but The Ellen Show is ending in 2022.
Thank God.
it is, which is why D+ outside the US has a mature content section named "Star" (kinda jealous), and M.O.D.O.K. will release an episode a week compared to us having it all out todayNeat - I wasn't aware that it's out on Disney Plus. But there's already a Famicom Detective Club 3 that came out in 1997.Pitch for Nintendo: Famicom Detective Club 3 (Or Nintendo Switch Detective Club, whichever title you want to use). It’s modern times. Taro and Ayumi are now adults and have taken over the agency from Utsugi and have taken on their own child detective protige (your customized player avatar). The full $60 would contain 4 “stories” each about a different case. More could be made as DLC if Nintendo should wish it.
Huh, my sister is probably going to love this. There was a problem fetching the tweet
Tbh, all "cats are always the bad guys" characters in American cartoons start to blend together for me after a point.Reminder that the villain Mechanikat from the Krypto the Super Dog cartoon is literally just cyborg Top Cat.
I'm not the only one here who remembers these characters, right? ...Right?
You see. You’ed think so. But the detective club games on switch actually use 3D models! It’s very subtle, using tech similar to what Arc Sys uses, but you can totally see it! And if the cutscenes are all real time (which I assume they are) then it could totally work! Having just finished The Girl Who Stands Behind, I can also say that your player character (named Taro Ninten in the promo material) has very little in the way of personality. He has his moments, but if you had a greater variety of choices to make in those character moments instead of just doing one scripted event, you could have something. But there's already a Famicom Detective Club 3 that came out in 1997.
As for your other ideas... I don't think a text adventure game is the best place to have avatar characters and DLC story. I also feel like having multiple cases in one package would either limit the writers to write some forced frame story around them or just slap a bunch of unrelated stories together but I guess it's doable.
the most electrifying snip in the superhero world...I am so watching that day one.
You Smell What The Superdog's Cookin'?What can I saaay except BARK!
most of the world does...but The Rock playing him is so unexpected (and I'm pretty sure this movie was literally revealed using this Rock reveal)Huh, my sister is probably going to love this.
She adores Krypto.
I don't think most people alive remember Top Cat unfortunately. Outside of Scooby-Doo, Flintstones, and Looney Tunes, I ain't sure on what old WB animated franchise is still rememberedReminder that the villain Mechanikat from the Krypto the Super Dog cartoon is literally just cyborg Top Cat.

Tom and Jerry. The Jetsons to some extent. And Blue Falcon (all though most people probably think of him as a Scooby side character by now).the most electrifying snip in the superhero world

I remember Jabber Jaw because of that kickass music video they had on Cartoon Network.Tom and Jerry. The Jetsons to some extent. And Blue Falcon (all though most people probably think of him as a Scooby side character by now).
I’m sure there’ll be a bit of a resurgence come Space Jam 2I don't think most people alive remember Top Cat unfortunately. Outside of Scooby-Doo, Flintstones, and Looney Tunes, I ain't sure on what old WB animated franchise is still remembered
Thanks man!My, my, Pokelego999, that's alot of love in which you give to people daily. Even though I don't know you personally, I appreciate that from the heart. May great fortune come to you.
Tom & Jerry just got a theatrical movie, so who knows how long that'll last (but even without that, they're at lesst above the rest...just not up there with the other 3), Jetsons are pretty dead, and Blue Falcon is definitely dead alone (so being a side character for Scooby-Doo here and there will probably be the best he gets)Tom and Jerry. Hopefully...cause WB is gonna need a lot of living franchises to rebuild themselves after AT&T/Destiny makes some moves or whateverI’m sure there’ll be a bit of a resurgence come Space Jam 2
You didn’t ask which franchises were alive. And it absolutely sucked.Tom & Jerry just got a theatrical movie
That was one of my favorites as a kid.I remember Jabber Jaw because of that kickass music video they had on Cartoon Network.
I have all those DC Hannah Barbera books. Yet to read em. I have read all the DC Looney Tunes ones. Those are great!Speaking of Jabberjaw. There was actually a crossover between that and Aquaman a while back. xD
