All this nicktoons talk reminds of a series of flash games I used to play all the time. I just looked it up. It's called Super Brawl and oh boy it has a lot more versions and updates than the last time I checked.

That just unlocked a dozen memories of me playing that series. I remember I loved to play as the Gold Ranger

When you really think about it regarding the idea of a Smash style Nickelodeon game.

Spongebob would be to Mario as TMNT is to Pokemon/Fire Emblem.

Problem is, I’m a big fan of Spongebob but I don’t have as much justification for how characters outside the four I listed would work aside from maybe Squidward.

So I've only just now gotten around to playing Minecraft on my actually decent computer.... and since I actually get decent FPS when I do stuff(rather than my laptop which barely gets a single frame when standing still let alone moving) it's MOD TIMEEEEE

Super annoying having to wait another like 5 minutes when I have mods installed though

While RotTMNT is not perfect, I feel like it starts out not great but gets significantly better as it goes along. Much better than Korra did for me at least.

And another hot take, while I still like the 2012 iteration of the Turtles (I did have several problems with them) so far I actually find the Rise iterations a lot more endearing, especially Donnie and April. I do see why people would find them obnoxious but I like how the writers played around with them and to me they feel a lot more dynamic and fun to watch.

in relations to Apritello, I legit think April and Donnie are now meant to be the closest friendship/lover/nerds/etc in TMNT. 2012 made them an item after Donnie stopped being a simp and acted like a Peter Parker Pimp, Rise made them the best of friends, IDW had them stay in contact after Spinter died, while the other turtles went solo for the most part...while Casey in 2012 is...a Casey...becomes a female in Rise, and in IDW he leads the Purple Dragons and just broke up with Jennika for being a turtle instead of a human

either that or it’s pure coincidence that those 2 keep being the closest outside the family

Well I meant moreso on the characters individually but yeah I also really like how they’re handling their relationship. It just feels so genuine, like they’ve known each other for years and it’s one of my favorite things about Rise.

Puma Loco and White Pantera from El Tigre are honestly the only 2 that come to mind aside from the aforementioned Squidward. This would be a pretty rad fighting game if it ever became real.

Happened to me too; it still lets me visit but it warns me it’s not private.

Well, now that everything's quieted down, I'm just gonna come out and say this.

Spoiler: Oh, I just know I'm gonna get an earful for this...

I loved Pokémon Shield.
Listen, I know there's a big heap of reasons why so many players don't like it. I have no issue if you do. But honestly, I thoroughly enjoyed the whole trip from start to finish, and hardly let any of the negatives get to me. I enjoyed practically everything that it had to offer; the selection of Pokémon available, the story and characters, the fight with Eternatus, by gah! Again, I fully respect the fact that people dislike the game, and they provide solid reasoning, but I'm not a part of that crowd, probably thanks to my limited history with the franchise.

Anyhow, thank you for coming to my TED talk, grab yourself some nachos or something, and go about your business.
