No. Charizard is Ridley's clone (he appeared first) while Aerodactyl is Charizard clone (appeared later i think...he still appeared after Ridley).

Well somewhere within this incredibly large cavernous place we call the Ridley thread, we have a list of most (not all of the supporters). Thinking about this made me remember some of the good old times (back when it wasn't a week away from release) we were making jokes about all of this. Now you may be asking what does these two things have to do with each other? Well I was thinking of how many different Ridleys we have made/called (such as Roidley, Radley, Brawley, Shadowley, and so on and so forth), I was hoping someone could compile a list of all of the Ridleys that were created within this thread. It is a tough task, as a fellow supporter we need to have our army ready and waiting for when the time comes. Some of the Ridleys will be lost *cough* Brawley *cough*, but that does not stop this army we will rise with surpassing victory and overcome the odds. Now go my fellow Space Pirates, and go find the other Ridleys we need them for the final battle.

Well I meant of all the Ridleys, but oh man, that is A LOT of people. I forgot how many people were on that list. It would be such a shame if all of the love that we gave plus these other 700 odd sum people, would be all for not. I would be severely disapointed in Sakurai if he didn't add him.



Also as for the leak, I know we really shouldn't be talking about it, but I was thinking. What if Sakurai did see how much we love the original Ridley and added him because of that, but also wanted to make the sure the default was of Roidley. I mean it's not like we haven't seen Little Mac with at least 3 different alt costumes. What's not to say that the Ridley we love isn't so. Well I'm still a huge skeptic until I get an official announcement, but this is enough to make anyone jump in their panties for him.

Didn't the metadata from this image directly state that it was made in photoshop, edited and had parts of another image added to it? It doesn't just look fake, it seems that it has pretty much been confirmed.

This is almost certainly the case. They won't tell them what is in the game if it isn't revealed yet. The point of a secret is you don't spread it around, only though working directly on the characters are likely to know.

The problem with this leak is the art. It looks too different compared to the rest of the roster.

It looks, and appears to be a drawing, whilst the rest are stylised CGI renders.

Waifuley confirmed. Final smash allows her to transform into the giant Sailor Zebes, and give everyone fatal nosebleeds through massive upskirt shots. Final smash takes about 30 seconds because transformation sequence.

You're not alone. I'm utterly fed up with annoying-to-fight anime characters with swords. They have their place, but 5-7 in Smash Bros is far, FAR too many.

That's part of why I want Ridley, K.Rool, and Dee. We need more fighters who embody the cartoony Nintendo spirit.

On a related note, it feels like whenever I post, it seems like I get at least ten likes per post. Am I popular, or do I just voice popular opinions?

Ridley is Godzilla from Godzilla Mothra King Ghidorah something something movie compared to those 2 while Metroid is Silent Hill compared to their games. He isn't cartoony in any way.

Photoshop is a thing, you know. A really easy thing to use.

I know, it just seems like some really strange inconsistancies. Its probably fake, but you never know about these things. Main thing that strikes me as odd is how the lower jaw is different, and so insignificantly different. Lack of horns would be an obvious photoshopping thing, though, Also, the eye is different, again, strange. Could be possible that the fake was similar enough to a real pic that Nintendo didn't want people to be confused, and deleted it as such.

What I do get confused by is people ever debating leaks on a basis of who they think will or will not be in. People don't care if new posters think Ridley is too big, 'Sakurai does what he wants', Ridley's size is as relevant as what you ate for breakfast, predicting Sakurai tends to end up blowing up in our faces.

Also if it were used in photoshop it could have been for lighting issues and such. As for the text/font being different, the text is different between the likes of Captain Falcon, Bowser, and Bowser Jr.

Granted I still believe it's fake, but the above is worth knowing that it isn't the final nail.

Anyway, this is not main reason why it is hard to take him seriously - it is because anyone can beat him with enough skill and that you can have him wearing Bunny Hood and holding Lip's Stick while he dances under Spicy Curry's effect. Well, it's clear not a CGI render, and that already rules it out. We've got a similar drawn image that has most of those details, the meta data not only says photoshop, but notes that it has been:

created, saved, converted, derived, saved, saved, converted, derived, saved, saved

Note that derived in this case means something has been added to it, that's a damn site more than just editing the lighting. The letter is also a bit off, looks like a previous image has been edited, etc.

You never know, but I would put this one at pretty much confirmed fake.
