Good morning friends. So apparently aMSa has made it to top 16 so far. Really hope he makes it farther than that, but I'm still really excited to see his Greninja in action regardless of what happens.

Yeah that 3rd match was hard to watch, though 2nd match was hype with Little Mac. Really sad the aMSa didn't win but he fought well.

You can catch his games on the past broadcasts tab. The stream showed his matches vs Ally and MVD. I'm sure they'll upload to Youtube though.

Sync's Greninja lost to Static Manny's Sonic and then a FL Sheik (pretty sure I know who it was too). I think despite everything though, aMSa put up a great fight, and the fact that he got so far with such an underused, high learning curve character made it all the more phenomenal.

Props to all you Greninjas who put in an effort, and those of us who cheered for them, and gave them encouragement.

I was so conflicted with who to root for. aMSa choked on that smashville Mac game on the platform. He got hit by that side B I think when, if he shielded, he could've closed off the set right there. Oh well though, was a good set regardless and I'm glad Greninja got this far.

I'm wondering why he chose BF though even if it was LM. Not being able to connect usmash properly on the platforms+having landing issues pushes me away from liking it as Greninja. DH does alright on BF though since he can use those two side platforms for leaving Cans to get stage control.

Everyone makes mistakes that can cost them a lot I guess. Greninja at top 12 is certainly a great achievement and now I'm even more motivated to master the frog

Yeah, I noticed aMSa really likes his BF. I remember on his stream when he was training for Apex, that was like the only stage he played in. He's pretty comfortable there for some reason.

Same here. I'm glad Greninja (and Duck Hunt, I guess, I'm kinda indifferent towards them =P) is getting some recognization with this.

Though I think Town and City is a far better stage for Greninja than Battlefield.

Well, I know there's a group of people that live close to my area, I found out that they gather to play just before I had to go on a trip so I haven't been able to attend to their meetings yet, but it's something.

I can't see me being a very good tournament host, but hey, I guess learning doesn't hurt. If you could ask him that would be great.

I actually joined 1upsmash a while ago, I'm just not that involved with the community.

I live in Rio, the capital. I am aware that there's quite a few tournaments in São Paulo, but I haven't seen any in Rio. If I could find one to take part in I would gladly attend them.
