Welcome to The Pichu Video Thread, all polished and shined up for 2014!
Anyone brave (and more then likely incredibly sexy) enough to main Pichu deserves to have a good number of videos to watch and learn from!

The videos have been rearranged by notable Pichu players. Keep in mind, many of these videos are old, but they reflect the pichu metagame around their upload date.

If you have ANY Pichu videos old or new that are not on this list please post them so I can get them up here!

If you are interested in having a recent video of your Pichu critiqued, please post it here and make sure to ask and one of us Pichu mains will give you some tips!

If any of these videos are no longer on youtube, please let me know so I can remove them from the list.

Only thing I can suggest is more juggling with up air, I guess

Oh, and interesting CP... Final Destination? What made you choose that?

Another thing I noticed: Punish missed techs with jab > fsmash, rather than just fsmash.

I agree again. Right now i'm considering either:
buying dazzle and uploading some videos of me getting crushed by my friend
-OR-
buying a morphsuit and running around dancing in public.

I start working soon so I'll have money to do both, but its more about what i choose to buy first.

Looks pretty solid.

Do you see ICG's use of Thunder? That's what I was talking about in that thread I made a while back.

The Marth was pretty bad though... So it's hard to say anything about the match...

meh, thunder that way is ok, but you can get punished for it kinda hard... I prefer to use it to set up an edge guard.

0:08: First approach was way too predictable, you would've been punished hard by a defensive player. Try and dash-dance around a little first to get a feel for how your opponent will move.

0:10: Fair isn't safe on shield.

Overall Comment: Are all of your full hops intentional? A lot of those FH uairs should be SH'd...

0:24: Perfect chance to invinci-nair

0:25 > 0:30: Nair from below is better than bair from below, the other earlier bairs were good though.

0:40: That was very predictable, you should've wavelanded backwards and punished.

Overall comment: You need to dash-dance to create space a lot more when in a neutral position. It'll give you a lot more openings against a character like Puff.

0:45: Second bair was perfect.

1:44: Very unsafe Thunder. You shouldn't use it unless the opponent is:
a) On the opposite side of the thunder as you
b) Too high up to punish

Overall comment: If your Jabs are intentional, stop doing them. They require a very hard read to even hit with in those situations and they give very little reward.

2:23: Good jolt.

2:26: Habit roll. Don't tech-roll back into the fight. I didn't notice you doing it that often, but it still needs to be brought up so you are aware of it. Whenever I am coaching Melee it is something I see so often from inexperienced players.

When you were getting juggled at the end, Agility would've saved you from death.
