You sure about that? Iron Tail has 75% acc, although it's a 150 STAB attack, Iron Tail doesn't seem like much of a killer to Regice. Plus... only 4 attack EVs are in, Iron Tail will most likely 3-4KO Regice and by that time, Regice would've already killed it with 2-3 Ice Beams.
