even with a 20% evasion rating, Outrage would only do ~20% to Steelix and with the confusion turns and such his chances of avoiding getting hit twice before killing me is around 16% so the counter works. Also, screw you for posting Ho-oh, I actually had to use BL to counter it -.-

A counter is defined as a Pokemon that can switch in on anything and pose an immediate threat to the Pokemon being countered. It shouldn't matter what Choice Band locks it in -______-

Due to Aggron being an obese lizard dragon mountain of Lawlness....I think you would attack me first, and Payback would deal double damage, increasing to 100 base, and with Aggron's monsterous attack, would it kill you in 1 to 2 hits?

actually, even with base 100, payback could only 3HKO me, meaning that in order for it to work, you would take 3 hits. However, Uxie's SpAtk Stat is so low it would never matter, I couldn't really kill you anyways.

I hate to point this out, but theres a pretty good chance that you'd be 2HKO'd if you came in on Focus punch, as it would take out around 65% of your health, then EQ could take off the rest, and since I out speed you, you'd get hit with both before you could attack. Your counter COULD work, but the chances of me KOing you are higher than that of you KOing me, so I'd prefer a different counter >_>
