That calculator isn't that accurate

It thinks my yokai is more powerful than it is

Gonna be honest.
Haven't really touched the game the past few days.
Just crank-a-kai coin consumption and doing the daily donation til I finally get the encounter.
At that point I'm getting my main 6 yokai and the 3 populars lv99 and then going to town with the work to take down the 4 bosses I've yet to face and begin on befriending Snartle, Coptain, and Awevil.

Edit: After that, Mama Aura.
After that... one rare at a time.

The blue oni isn't difficult as long as you use tribe Yo-kai that's resistant against water.
I used Dandoodle and Pinkipoo and they took barely any damage and helped me as healers, especially Dandoodle who's under leveled compared to my Pinkipoo.

Welp, I'm almost done with the game (I think).
I'm currently at the Yo-Kai World, and that boss is really annoying (Although I love how he tries to do his best Ika Musume impression).
I also love how Vencot is voiced by Richard Horvitz, like I really don't think that was the most fitting voice for him... But okay...

It honestly seems like it'd be quicker to get coins via II rushing in post-game when you hit levels 80-90 (which isn't hard when you give Draggie a sleep-n-study and grind on bloominokos on level 7).

Yeah, the boss rush in Infinite Inferno and typing in all the Yo-Criminal passwords is the best way to get Crankakai coins.

5 are the Event Jewel Jibanyans
5 are/are tied to Bosses.
9 are crank-a-kai exclusives.
2 are special encounters.
2 are "challenge yokai"
The rest are alllllll rare encounters.

I'm putting a hold on my main save in YW1 since I just downloaded YW2 Shinuchi on my Japanese 3DS. Got to like 76%. Still missing some E, D, and C ranks tho lool.

I'm really excited for YW2, but I really hope google translate can get me through the main story so that I can start collecting XD

The only reason why this game is difficult without translation is because of the quests that are like "bring me 3 cucumbers"

some of which are actually key quests that won't let you progress the story if you don't do them. Also quests that require you to read hints to guess a Yo-kai's name and enter their name in Hiragana.

Welcome to why I dropped my "Kuwabara" Badude and went half-brave half-charm for a while, tossing Beetler in for brave and having an excuse to have Shmoopie, Frostina, and Thornyan together.

The part of the main story that I'm at is where I have to disable the Yokai seals with one left (I've defeated Tengloom and the Momochi yokai).

With two healers (Hungramps and Tattletell) and two heavy hitters (Jibanyan and Cadin), I should be cool against future bosses. But that's not going to stop me from recruiting more yokai on the way.

Roughraff is gonna do so much work for you. He's one of my favorite E rank yo-kai with Noway! XD Both are super solid for E-ranks <3 <3

Someone said A and S Rank Yo-Kai are best to use in post game I think it was on Gamefaqs, I realize now that is most likely true. I'll throw some B Rank in there too though for my own spin.

The issue with the idea of going all S is that any given tribe has like 2-3 Yokai that are of that level.

And often the crank-a-kai exclusive S-rank is a recolor of another s-rank of that tribe.
