I don't think there is any info on it, but if it doesn't have prankster, it might have a defensive version of huge power because of Mawile/Sableye.

Right now I'm breeding Relaxed Aron for a Mega Aggron. Should I go for 31 IV in speed or 0 IV in speed since the nature reduces speed?

I'd say it wouldn't matter unless you are running trick room with it. Other than that, I don't see any benefit for aggron to be as slow as possible, unless you are wanting to teach it Payback.

Once foreign Pokemon evolve, they'll keep their foreign ID thing, but their names will change to the language they are in. If you want to keep their names in Japanese, I suggest requesting them in their final forms on GTS or finding them on GTS.

Awwwww that is beyond discouraging to hear haha Maybe looking the names up in Japanese and inputting them by that way using the renaming guy if he's in the game

You can't rename traded Pokemon, and you can't rename your own Pokemon with Japanese characters if your game is not set in Japanese.

Personally, I have an EV trained Japanese Xerneas and Yveltal, but I wouldn't say their IVs are amazing outside of the three automatically 31 IV stats...glad their names won't change.

Thats impressive for the collection for sure. I actually have a Japanese EV trained Pidgeot. Same as yours, not anything perfect about them, but well trained/bred and name won't change

I feel like that would be the best case scenario for it since Mega Banette already fills the 3rd Gen Ghost Mega w/Prankster.

That and it would still get wrecked by Mega Absol (Magic Bounce + Play Rough) and things immune to WoW.

You'd need a bold nature but it'll still come about 20 points short since it's max def is around 170 and the assault vest pushes its sp def up to 190 with no evs, neutral nature, and 31 ivs. Btw gg that was my team for the June friendlies but i was going to be switching out a few pokemon as i was testing it out a bit more..

It was a gg. I am surprised at the Zoroark though.I always forget that pokemon is in the team until it transforms. Also, are you saying if I fully invest in defense, it still will be less than no investment in special defense?252 def 0 sp def assault vest will have sp def raised more? Just making sure

Yeah max def would be 174 at max potential but the assault vest raises the 127 sp def to 190 (127*1.5)
Checked it's max potential on the showdown calculator then used a regular calculator for sp def

TIL you can take an American version of Pokémon X or Y to Paris to download the Poké Ball pattern Vivillon...I was always under the assumption that you can only download events from your region :/

Does that mean I can take my 3DS and American Pokemon games to Japan and download Japanese exclusive events? Or maybe I misunderstood, and the Reddit post is a person from somewhere else in Europe who had a friend take his game to Paris to get it...

I did that during the last friendlies. I had my gourgeist as my last pokemon with them having m-khan and a gyarados, and m-khan. All three were burned with seeds on gyarados that fell before the final turn.then another time during the think fast iirc..

You really got my hopes up for a second. If they gave all the pseudo legendary Pokemon a mega (cause, why not?), I wouldn't care about anything else. Mainly Goodra and Metagross.
