David Hayder (Hayter?) accidentally let slip that Jigglypuff was in the game in an interview when asked what Characters he would like to beat up the most.

He had to do the Codecs for every single Character.

Pleasing updates with all the sexy screens. Fox looks amazing. Pichu has evolved into Pikachu (Pichu's still more adorable =( ). Dark Link looks awesome, close-up. Fusion Suit Samus is too good.

Not bad at all, Sakurai. Without these awesome new screens, this update just wouldn't have done it, but it works for me.

Around 2:40-50 he says that of all the SSBB characters that he would like to beat up Pika and Jpuff the most along with Mario (cause of his smile).

Oh, and Snake has a talk thing for EVERRRY character there fore I would think he knowns who is in or out. . . .had to talk about them for a 30-50 sec info codic thing if they are in.

I still doubt Jiggly is coming back. She was only put in because she was super popular in Japan during SB and was put back in Melee because it was rushed and they kept all existing characters again.

I'll be the outsider to say that he meant Jiggly as a Smash character in general when he answered.

Also, doesn't Zelda wear her headress in her nomal costume too?

A slip of the tongue by one voice actor in a game isn't enough to convince alot of people, me included. Then again I'm always one to wait and see it for myself.

Fallen Angel Pit would look like the most badass thing ever if his facial features didn't keep him from still looking like he'll be even less harmless than the pure cuteness that is Pichu. Obviously he won't inflict damage upon himself, but the point is, Pit can never look evil.

Peach's Dasiy costume is just a pallete swap of hair and dress color. It's in the spectator update, I believe.

yeah David Hayter's remark could mean one of two things:

a- that jiggs is in brawl

b- he was just referencing to jiggs as a general character he'd like to beat up

given that he DIDN'T flip out and say "oops that was a secret!" I feel skeptical towards that act itself confirming jiggs. so I am unsure towards jiggs being in or not

If you guys read my post more carfully, you'll see that I acknowledged she said BRAWL and I said about him tkaing jiggly with smash as a whole, meaning outside of brawl.

And we have an interview that semi-confirmed Ness, and he's confirmed to be out, so there ya go.

Uh, no he didn't. He didn't say anything one way or the other. If you were Miyamoto, would you rather deconfirm him and disappoint a lot of people, or say nothing and let people assume what they want?

I disagree. Pichu was only in one game, and was thrown in at the last minute to fill character slots. It's entirely likely that they regretted it and decided to pull him since he sucked.

Jiggly, on the other hand, was in since the beginning. They had plenty of deliberation time for "Should we take her out?" but they left her in. And a lot of people like Jiggly, which is a stark contrast to Pichu.

For instance, I liked Jiggly for beating Event 51.

Notice how Snake can talk to his teammates to learn about all the other Characters..?

Now, someone has to voice Snake and ask his partners questions.

A.K.A. David Hayter.

That means David Hayter knows every single Character in Brawl. And she asked him which Character in Brawl he would most like to beat up.

He said Pikachu, Jigglypuff and Mario.

Judging by the way he said it, he clearly is not as into Brawl as we are, and was only working to get paid. So he most likely never knew that Jigglypuff was a secret.

He was probably just thinking back to which Characters he remembered most. Most likely because their Codec was fun to do.

You are correct, Miyamoto says nothing of Ness, he talks only of Mother in general.

. . .She wasn't a half as*ed rushed clone. She is STILL the 2nd most popular Pokemon according to official polls taken by GF. She is also as much apart of Smash as any of the hand full of 64 smashers.
