Heres a big reason he shouldn't be: Sakurai outright stated that no manga/anime originating character would be in Brawl. See his [thread=72642]journal[/thread], entry 31-40.

Hi. This is the official naruto thread. Post any reasons that he should be, or shouldnt be, in brawl.(or anyone else from the show). Id be fine either way, but it would be nice if he was in there.
