Lucas from Mother 3 can't teleport, in fact, no one has a psi that can teleport.

People who hacked through the game found sprites that would make one believe that they once considered having teleportation in the game but it was taken out for unknown reasons.

Dude, I need your help. Im new here, but Im not here for assistance. Im doing research on Lucas, from Mother3, and you seem like you know stuff about him so hopefully you'll message me back with the answer. This is my question:
Can Lucas teleport?
