Just follow the grime...
Coco/Tutu/Tech were a cluster****, and we put Coco ahead of the other 2 because he had multiple wins over tutu, and a win vs Tech. So it made sense that he be put above the two.

And idk why you think Sean is better than SK/Zinoto, tbh.

I cite Ralph Cecil's post as evidence.

I do kinda agree that either myself Tutu or both of us should be above Coco. Its still iffy though...he has wins over both of us as Roller stated. Its a good deciding factor in ties.

Taking one set off of one good player at one tournament still wins you no cash. I don't think any system does or should rank people off of their peak achievements if everything else they've done in the timespan didn't even reflect a similar trend of skill.

So like, sure, you can beat one guy who's ranked fourth in NorCal in your most practiced match-up, but you lose to a good section of your state? I don't think that's very powerful.

MUs aren't really supposed to be taken into account. If I choose to play Roller in one of DDDs worst MUs...its my fault if I lose because of it.

In summary it's stupid to argue about being on a PR because it's time better spent just getting good enough to beat everyone and collect some gold medals.

For someone who doesn't care about Brawl Gio sure cares a lot about Brawl
I died

:secretkpop:

haha i care now that MK is unbanned :yeahboi:
But how many MK banned events did we have this season? 1? Cool thats one tourney.

What happened at the other MK legal events?

ICE - you lost to me then quit the tourney when you definitely could have gotten 5th or higher
PS3 - lost to 2 :diddy:s 1 who is clearly above you and one that is at your level.

I also legitimately feel that as you become a better player you should focus less on what a bad MU is and just focus on learning it.

Look at the current PR: Every other player (minus Mikey) plays a character that either ***** my main or just beats him. Tutu is debatable but still. I realized that I just need to become a better player in general and the rest will fall into place. I'm no longer discouraged by the fact that this state is just fill of bad MUs for me. Even outside the PR there are several players around my skill level who either main a character who beats mine or would just attempt to blatantly counterpick me. I say **** it, bring it on lol. I used to get pretty mad about that stuff but then I look at players like Kain and I have to bite my tongue.

Kain mains a character who's pretty good overall...but his bad MUs arent just bad...they're ****ing ********. And I've seen that he's had to deal with pocket as well as mains of Dedede, Pikachu, Wario and more. And he's still the best Wolf and one of the stars of the Midwest. I wanna do that someday. The fact that I've been stuck at the bottom of the PR for 3 seasons now means I just have to step it up. My opponent isn't going to care if he's CPing me or not. It's either I win or I lose. Tutu may hate ICs and MK but he's still done a great deal with his character and now he's even top 5 of two characters. Mad respect. I'm gonna do that too soon.

I'm incredibly stoked for Season 6. I plan on moving up and doing more with Dedede. And I'm gonna ****ing BODY Ragequaza. Count on it.

I take that mentality towards MUs as well.

Since when did Peach beat out DDD? Last I knew it was slightly in DDD's favor.

Oh yeah I forgot about Mikey. That's even. We just play each other all the time and he's a better player so it seems like its in her favor sometimes lmao.

I shouldnt have been on this list. I didnt beat anybody good.

Sheik vs olimar isnt even imo.

The only record of any Sheik beating any olimar is judo against hilt(2010) and kero. He also has i believe a 0-4 record with logic? 1-3 if you count the pause loss.

I refuse to believe its even until like... People actually win it.

Thugz spells his name with Z at the end, not the beginning. Zihugz doesn't even look right.

I strongly disagree with the thought that a 7-person PR doesn't look right. Other acceptable numbers include 5, 11, and 2.
