As soon as I get my laptop back with all my ROMS on it I'll be sure to play. But I know I've experienced problems trying to play online with PJ64 and ZSNES.Better yet, you guys should all get PJ64k (if you don't already have it), and we can play Bomberman 64 online! That's a great idea--I don't know why I didn't think of it before.
Seriously, who's up for B64? Or even Second Attack?
I have project64, but I suck at finding working ROMs. Can you PM me with a working Bomberman 64 ROM link?Seriously, guys. Who all doesn't have PJ64? I'll send out PMs, and we can schedule games.
AHHH! crap!Seriously, guys. Who all doesn't have PJ64? I'll send out PMs, and we can schedule games.
Yeah I just got Leopard, but I haven't had the chance to install Windows Vista on it. In order to use Windows files I need to have a Windows install cd and go through this long process of splitting my harddrive. I will do that when I get home from college, but for now I'm gonna go see if I can find a free app to execute Windows programs somewhere.I have working Bomberman roms, so that shouldn't be a problem.
As for Shooster....do you have a Mac Bridge program or something? I know there's a way to execute Windows software on a Mac.
It honestly depends. I've played good connection games before, and ones that didn't even make it past the load screen. I think I'll need to toy around with the plugins and video settings before we're ready.RDK, have you played Bomberman 64 online before? Does it work smoothly?
But you have indeed PLAYED Bomberman 64 online on project 64, correct? It honestly depends. I've played good connection games before, and ones that didn't even make it past the load screen. I think I'll need to toy around with the plugins and video settings before we're ready.
Yes, I have. I'm just saying--the results are mixed. But you have indeed PLAYED Bomberman 64 online on project 64, correct?
And this thread is near 1k posts, too.
If we were to follow my moveset, then this is what I'd like for him to have:
The celestial stone appears before Bomberman, and gives him great power - he becomes invincable to knockback, and can lay only one type of bomb. Let's call it the Chaos bomb (from the celestial stone). This bomb would have immense explosions, and would do no damage to Bomberman, and four can be layed out at a time. After a few seconds, the power fades, and Bomberman gets his normal power back.

It would be kinda hard typing and kicking each other's butts at the same time.Since "With Anyone" is confirmed to suck, I'm going to need more friends. Who's going to be adding the rest of the Bomb Squad, specifically me? If we really can't have headsets, who's going to be using Skype?
Speaking of that: TfB! You still haven't sent me your code!
Same problem I had.I downloaded the Bomberman 64 Rom, but how do I play online? I'm supposed to see a Netplay option, but I don't. =/
I'll definitely give you guys my friend code. I'm just hoping that the whole UK - US thing doesn't prove to be too laggy.Since "With Anyone" is confirmed to suck, I'm going to need more friends. Who's going to be adding the rest of the Bomb Squad, specifically me? If we really can't have headsets, who's going to be using Skype?
You don't run the game directly out of PJ64k like you do with regular PJ64. You go to "Start Netplay", and enter a server room.now project64k crashes when I try to start a game
i am so loved
still doesn't workYou don't run the game directly out of PJ64k like you do with regular PJ64. You go to "Start Netplay", and enter a server room.
Don't use Vista; use XP.ah I'm gonna have to wait to play Bomberman 64 online with you guys, I can't run windows programs until I install Vista on my mac.
I guess I'll just go play Bomberman Live with random xbox live people
problem is that not too many people play it, so its hard to find a match that you want, unfortunado.
I know it is, I love how many options you have to customize your matches.Don't use Vista; use XP.
And that sucks that there's not that many people on Bomberman Live. It's a great game.
I'm the same way. I'll burn if I touch other systems.AGH! The boastfulness of everyone's high-speed internet hurts....
Then again, we're talking XBox. Don't have one, don't want one, never gonna touch one, or a 360. Same with a PS1/2/3.
Yes, I'm a Nintendo freak.
It definitely isn't the first time lol.Perhaps our Bomberman discussion has gone... Off topic.
That's more like it...It definitely isn't the first time lol.
@Deathborne
ROMs? What ROMs?
