And that's why the MM Fanboys are all mentally scarred.
I would commit suicide if the Act Zero Bomberman was confirmed for Brawl.
Well lets pray for act Zero Bomberman to be confirmed.... kid.

@ Patinators last post... the one with the old Ridley thread quote: GOD DAMMIT!! Why doesnt anyone ever mention my name!? I created the **** thread!

That's because he's a n00b to SWF, Lego. He has not studied the ancient scrolls.

NO!! NO!!

Apparently that game is really, really, really **** (Not quite as **** as act zero... of course), and apparently Bomberman becomes camp in that one.
I figured you'd say something like that.

I'm kinda dissapointed by Hudson's fascination with minigames (Mario Party, Bomberman Land for Wii) although some of them were good.

I'll probably rent Bomberman Land for Wii when it comes out.

Bomberman for brawl. I've always loved the bomberman games and I think he would be awesome in brawl.

Bomberman Land DS got really good reviews, so maybe the Wii version will do even better than the DS one.

Personally, I thought the DS version was good. It added onto the multiplayer legacy with fun minigames.

However, nothing tops 64, Tournament, and the classic 2-D games.

Yes, his personality does show quite a bit...

I don't consider Bomberman Act Zero to be a Bomberman game either. Aside from that, I've played most of them.

I never played the DS game, but I heard mixed reviews about it.

I have nothing against minigames. I would love to see Bomberman in some, too. I think I'm just a little prejudiced because of the recent sucky Mario Party games.

You can't blame me for that one.

Hah!

I've played almost all of Bomberman's SNES games. I personally liked Super Bomberman 1 and 2 the best.

But Bomberman 64 takes the cake.

I've played all the bombermans on SNES, and used to love playing them multiplayer. I liked 4 the best because of the animal system and powers on each bomberman except for the original. I also liked the original 1 a lot as well, and played a lot of it as a kid. I have bomberman 64 and also beat it, but haven't got all the gold cards yet so I haven't done the true ending (Beat it a few years ago). The system is so different from the older ones cause of the 3d view, but it was pretty good with the bomb kicking and bomb pickups, as well as the pumped up bombs.

I haven't seen anything about the wii game yet, what's it like?

For me, the Second Attack just blew me away, and I knew that it would remain as my favorite Bomberman game of all time. Those words still remain true today.

You cant predict my personal opinion on a single game based off of personality. I mean, I didn't even base it off of my opinion I was talking about the general reaction of them game. So... you know, no.

Yeah, I can.

You seem to like to flame a lot, so that's why I knew what your opinion would be like.

No, but I also agreed with Aqua on how your personality does show off a little bit when you post. Whether that's your personality or not, something does show when you post. I've nothing against you.

BOMBER PIG BOMBER PIG DOES WHATEVER A BOMBER PIG DOES

That was totally relevant to Bomberman.

Naught's had, all's spent,
Where our desire is got without content:
'Tis safer to be that which we destroy
Than by destruction dwell in doubtful joy.

That was more relevant to Bomberman.

I was a little unwilling yes... I don't like speaking badly of people much.

About the Guardian Armor moveset...

Why would having the armor on change his moveset at all? I mean, maybe as a final smash, to make your attacks stronger and faster, but I don't see how his moveset can completely change after putting on a peice of armor.

Did the guardian armor change Bomberman in any way (besides appearance) in The Second Attack?

If not, it should only be a costume option.

The armor had five pieces I think...

The legs would let you kick bombs without needing the power up.
The arms would let you grab bombs without the power up.
the body would let you be able to recover quickly (I think), (like when you get stunned by an attack).
The head would let you place remote bombs without the power up.

...Am I missing one? Or are there only four pieces?

Meh, maybe it could be a stat-upping FS, but I still think the Atomic Bomb is a given for his FS.

Maybe it could implement elemental bombs more, or something.

I've had an idea for Bomberman's FS

He could use his homing Bomb thing. You remember the SNES games when the bomb will follow the enemy when Bomberman gets the power up?

Well, I was thinking of the Bomberman Max 2 homing bomb, where the FLAME follows the enemy, not the bomb.

Bomberman could set several of these bombs down. The explosion flames will zoom around the screen, kinda like Sonic's FS.

I suppose the damage should be like Sonic's, too.

If I were you, I'd give up. I tried telling them the tiebreaker was flawed. They didn't listen.

I'm trying to get my hands on an N64 again so hopefullly, I'll have the to chance play some more Bomberman games.

Bomberman for Brawl.

Just use an emulator like PJ64. If you've owned the game at some point or another, it's perfectly legal.

I always like to go back and play my favorite games, so I just use PJ64 whenever I get the urge to do some multiplayer madness with B64 or SA.

And what's this chaos bomb you're talking about, Ruby?

I know, I remember you trying to persuade Shooster. I'm just appalled at how unfair his entire forum game is. I've started to lose interest.

Btw, what did you guys think of my FS idea?

Oh I already have PJ64. I just really dislike playing without an N64 pad. I suppose there is no need for me to get one though since I can always go my friend's house, as he still owns an N64.

Ruby's FS idea was a few pages ago, I'll try and find exactly what page.

EDIT: Here it is

And this thread is near 1k posts, too.

If we were to follow my moveset, then this is what I'd like for him to have:

The celestial stone appears before Bomberman, and gives him great power - he becomes invincable to knockback, and can lay only one type of bomb. Let's call it the Chaos bomb (from the celestial stone). This bomb would have immense explosions, and would do no damage to Bomberman, and four can be layed out at a time. After a few seconds, the power fades, and Bomberman gets his normal power back.

I bet if I flipped a coin for the tie breaker and Bomberman lost, you would all complain that it was an unfair method, too. Neither work as good as I want, but the one I'm using now is at least a little more fair. It's not completely random.

anyways....

does anyone have an Xbox 360? Go download Bomberman Live, its awesome, we can all play together!

You run YOUR forum game the way YOU want to. It is, after all, YOURS.

I don't want to argue. It's done and over with.

Better yet, you guys should all get PJ64k (if you don't already have it), and we can play Bomberman 64 online! That's a great idea--I don't know why I didn't think of it before.

Seriously, who's up for B64? Or even Second Attack?

I'm not arguing, I'm just trying to say that the coin flipping method wouldn't be fair either...I need to find a better way to do it, as I want everyone to agree with it. I know thats impossible, but I can try.

Bomberman Live time :)
