Some people might have issues getting the patcher to run properly. It took me a few days of ****ing around with the traditional hackless method before I realized combining the two GCTs (adding patcher codes to the original PM ones) works a lot better.

But that's not the main reason to begin with. PM and Smash are just sucking the life out of Brawl completely.

As an added bonus, SSB4's release has brought in the dregs of the internet, and the Smash 4 boards are basically unreadable at this point. Whenever I see a 2014 join date, my stomach starts churning, because 99.9% of the time, the post that follows is so ridiculously dumb that you could compile them for proof on the benefits of abortion.

For the hackless method I ended up deleting everything on it to get it to run.

Oh and although people keep saying brawl's dead, I honestly have no problem finding someone online every time I go on. Maybe I dont play enough?

Anyways, anyone want to brawl?

GG Entro. Sorry for playing so lame and campy but I'm rusty as all hell, especially in vBrawl. I still hate that blue dog as much as I did back in the day, lol. Can't even CG him.

Nope, he just abused a lot of Fsmash, he has a good Link though, and it's not so easy to use projectiles the way I use them, trust me. You wont find it the same I use them.

@ N.T.A.O ChangeOfHeart 死の剣 N.T.A.O ChangeOfHeart 死の剣 : When I first tried it the normal hackless way, I would either get a 20110 or just freeze at the stage builder. The second GCT fusion method, which DoctorKirby outlined in his own Wiimmfi topic, works a lot better for me.

I'm not sure how it would apply to a PAL user, as I know they have to work around the region issues.

GG Entro. Each time I play vanilla Brawl, it feels worse, lol. The Melee*** within is taking more and more control.

Edit: i know what you mean I tried going back to melee and it was a flop. Brawl's just too hardwired in me

Ah, sorry. I typically only pull out Fox if the connection is near perfect, since he's complete **** tier online, lol. Hopefully we'll have a better connection next time and I'll try to get some matches in with him.

Ggs man. I thought it was funny how I had a lead at the beginning of a lot of games and then you'd catch up exponentially and beat me. Lol. Lots of fun though. You've got my timing down pretty well. Ggs man! :D

GGs Gabe those were fun random matches that we had going on there :grin: also when you took out your Link, I wanted to go Lucario so we could do a sort of main vs main thing

Edit: Its because the aura is with me reguardless of character choice :lucario:

I haven't played PM since the last time you spanked me...like a week ago. I can't learn one style of play much less two! Also, can't get used to that falling like a rock **** off the ledge. Hell, even MK flies like a rock in PM.

How about brawl....teach me something! I'll be ready in about 5 mins if you want.
