That's an easy fix, just let many people threaten to not buy Smash 4 If they dare mess up our WiFi. Basically threaten then anyway you can. I also don't believe it will happen, people will lose it and Nintendo doesn't want that.I get what they're trying to do, they to completely get rid of brawl, so everyone will have to buy Smash4. It won't work, it just wont. I'm 100% sure that they won't do it. They just want t stop Brawl and make everyone buy Smash4. :O Relax all~

Basically if it's the same then May 20th this Arena will be basically defunct.

Im probably gonna get heat for this but.....to me its good because its a sign that SSB4 is that much closer. But its also because I havn't been here long. But, are you guys not gonna get SSB4?

Yeah yeah, he sucks at Marth. What-****in-ev. I got fed up with the delay, but I'm glad the connection was more merciful this time. We barely finished two games before it became a big issue, last time. No problem. Now beat it Martha Stewart.

Good games Luna, that was the greatest overnight improvement I've ever seen in a player. But you still need to curb that dodging habit. Space your attacks better, and you shouldn't worry much about getting grabbed. You got in wayyyy too close just to basically give yourself away with the predictability of your dodges.

oh fudge i just registered here too. and to be honest this really takes the wind out of my sails.... the only way i can play PM now (because i used to be on all is brawl) is to actually go to tournaments and i live pretty far away. we dont even know if smash 4 has GC controllers for the wiiu and im not sure if those converters even work. even so, will smash 4 stand up to the awesomeness of PM? really PM gave us everything in a fresh new twist while staying true to its melee roots. just very sad... well i might as well fight everyday then. so letting you all know im down for PM anytime :)

Sucks to hear they're shutting down online for the Wii!

Anyways I'm new to the Smashboards you guys, I'd love to play with someone. I don't know if people play normal Brawl here or what, but I'm playing Project M. Anyone up?

Paraphrased: the new Smash will be released by the time and the Brawl network is being disabled to eliminate WiFi-warriors refusing to procure a Wii U / resort to the new game.

At least, that's the omen I reckon to be cast upon us..


But anyway, Mbro is right; let us Brawl as if there were no tomorrow!
In fact I would be inclined to immediately request a Brawl to launch the trend; anyone?!

Likewise. I'll probably still linger around this site, but I'll just go back to FPS for gaming until Smash 4. So yep, more hiatus incoming for me. Just got this game back a month ago. My god.

This has to happen eventually, but now!? (well, not exactly now, on May 20th)

:'( I'm not touching Brawl again afterwards, no point. Online is all I play...

I really hope Smash 4 will be released sometime soon after that, whether a month or two after. I should really start playing Brawl more while I still can...
