Low tier main. Would probably never ever use her in a regular 1v1 event because My falco/fox/mk are all better. :3 I havent found any low tier tourneys recently, so I'm tempted to start $1 mming low tiers

I don't think panelist's should be able to discuss there own placement on the PR because of bias, I'm almost 100% sure everybody thought I was above, then Chibo just bored everybody to death, trying to get above me. It's alright though, don't really care, I'm only PR'd cause I went to a tournament to make 400$.
I hope everybody above me makes it out of pools at pound 5...

This really isn't what happened, you shouldn't say stuff like this if you don't know what happened.
The more initial reaction was actually more me then more discussion started to lean towards you but the final vote was 3-2 in favor of me. No one switched votes throughout the process from you to me, but someone switched from me to you, because I clearly bored everyone to death until they voted me -_-
Also while I agree with the fundamentals behind your suggestion, it's not feasible because it leaves 4 panel members left open for ties.
All spots were fairly easy to debate and passed with large majority (4-1 or 5-0) except for me vs vex and mav vs BS which were both 3-2.
And vex, for someone who doesn't care you sure do bring it up a lot and try to make me look bad lol. If you want it to be otherwise you should probably go to more tournaments. one local, one free tourney, and one small regional doesn't give you that many options for tons of wins

It actually wasn't like that Vex. More were in favor for Chibo from the beginning and arguements came up for you possibly being ahead which lasted an hour.

Waiting for your response Chibo, I kinda wanna understand how your list is better, when my wins are better, and I've only lost 3 times, and I have 12 wins when you have 14, but I only attended 3 tournaments and you attended 7.

i have not one, but two wins better than all of your other wins
nakat is your best, both pwii and shadow have just been ranked over him from this past season
beyond that our wins are similar (after nakat your wins are only just a hair better than the respective wins)
the entire panel agreed i had better wins, the debate more came down to how much they differ and how much we should consider losses

Rankings should impact how much the win is weighted otherwise there isn't really a point.
