Ehhh Brawl sux no one here is that great that goes for all of us! Brawl just seems boring after a while I play Shawn now and then. I would play more Melee but I lost it in Dallas *sadface*. In Brawl I never know who to use I just use my old mains MK and ROB. I love to use everyone else as well. Felix we need to Brawl though I think I am ready for spam snake ^^ Ryan I know I can take your MK as well heheh and someone needs to face my Falcon! As for Shawn we are even or he is better not sure best Marth I know heheh. As for meh MK is the new Sheik can basicly use 3 moves to win Nado Shuttle Loop and of course D smash! But I do love doubles Shawn and I are probably the worst there is but its hella fun!

Also we need power rankings for North Texas the south shouldnt get all the glory. and no 1 in lubbock goes to All is Brawl...-_- and ryan told me to sign up there!

I heard a rumor that people were somehow working on a Brawl mod that will increase hitlag, remove tripping, add wavedashing etc.. and make the game alot more like Melee in alot of ways, does anyone know anything about that??

Ryan. Shawn and I did. It's fun kinda hard to wavedash imo but overall fun I likez teh Marth on it more than anything.

Yeah it is pretty fun, in my opinion it is better than regular brawl, but at the moment not yet as good as Melee.

hah, why does it suck in comparison?

I like both, and actually I think I may go back to melee soon. not because I dont like brawl but more so because in brawl I can get as good as I am now relatively quick (if I haven't played in a while) but melee requires a lot more tech skill and I haven't been as good as I was before brawl came out and I want to get back to that skill level.

I played melee a bit recently myself.. and can understand why people like it more :/

But, honestly, i really hate the fact that people are having to hack the game to make it suit their tastes. I really don't like seeing messed up versions of the newer characters that i like... and i know i'm not the only one who feels that way.

I think it is cool that the community is able to make its own custom game. we have 2 games, the vision of the creator, and then what the community thinks may improve the strategy based on previous experience. as though it is two completley different games, but we are just borrowing the majority of the creator's work (borrowing character models, levels, and the majority of the physics of the game, and just adding or taking things away).


I think it is great that the community has been able to pull together to make a game! Imagine if we all just got a collective effort and made a completely free downloadable smashbros game? I think that would be the next big step if brawl+ catches on. I haven't tried brawl+ yet but I do look forward to trying it out.

I think Brawl+ could use alot of improvements, but it is fun to play with. =] ...And I like that in Melee too.. With Brawl I can stop playing for a really long time and go back and be just as good as I am now, but I went back to Melee recently and I sucked balls. I love the deepness of Melee, more of an edgegame (no automatic sweetspot!), ability to combo and even continue stuff through chasing techs, only one airdodge so you can be punished for spamming it moreso than you can in brawl, and of course all of the different cool technical tricks that made the game deeper and funner to me, I could go on and on but I am starting to miss Melee more. =(

i highly doubt anyone wants to drive out to S.A. after driving back to lubbock for school right after break. but a melee tourny sounds tempting, but not worth it unless i was better. for the mean time ill just stick with playing friendlies and getting my butt whooped by andrew
