It wasn't a moral thing I was implying. I meant that most ICs (not that many of them exist anyway) can wobble effectively. At least not that I've seen. Plus, if it is banned, there are alot of other options for ICs out of a grab that if wobbling were banned, it wouldn't be a be all and end all.
