Lee left last night to go to California. He was on the way to Sethlon's house last night and it will be him, Sethlon, Hylian, and Kown going to the big CA tourney this weekend. This means that almost anyone can win the GameWare tourney with enough determination (and a little luck) so you guys better bring your A-Game.

You guys also better wish Lee luck cause he's going for some -big- money.

Roni, like I told you, I don't plan on starting until 7:00. If there are a lot of people, it may be a bit later. Regardless, I can always put you in the bracket an hold your spot until you show up provided that it doesn't slow things down (then I'll give you losses). Basically, if you get off work at 6 and still wanna try and make it, give me a call. I won't guarantee anything, but I may be able to delay your match long enough for you to play. Then again, I might not be able to do this.

This general offer applies to anyone who might be a little late, as long as you TALK TO ME about it.

First off.

World Houston's Official Brawl Ordeal (WHOBO) April 10-12

This is in Houston at an Anime convention called "Anime Matsuri". It won't be like your normal -con tournament (plushies, trophies, ect as prizes) but will have actual CASH prizes. There will be nothing taken out of the pot, on the contrary, there will be $1000 ADDED to the pot.

If you want to go to this, you need to register -now-. It's $26 for entry to the convention until Feb 1st when it will be $50. The tournament entry fee is also $13 now but will be $15 at the door.

I htink you should. It would give Redson some competition and someone to be sheik rivals agaisnt. I could go shiek of course but Redson has "THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE!!!!!!!" policy that he strictly enforces in many things, but sheik isnt a bad character, I find her fun to play as. Besides if he wants to make top 7 then he needs some tough competition, thats the only way he can get better, though since he isnt going to another tourny till summer you have plenty of time to master her and you can fight me if you like. Thanks to Redson I didnt get 3 stocked by Lee's sheik.

Finally, Sudai, about CoT4 vs. WHOBO...

I'll most likely pay at the door. Which means WHOBO's gonna have a $65 fee to play brawl :O

For CoT4, the price isn't anywhere near that and I think all the top players like:

M2K
Sethlon
Dojo
Hylian
(not sure if the last 3 compare lol)

are all going to CoT4.

Problem with CoT4 is it's far and a full weekend tournie during the school year which means some people may or may not be able to get out of school/off work.

Take advantage of Lee being gone (not like it makes a difference, Sudai will just pick up the slack while he's gone and kill us all) and try to improve your placings.

After this week of frustrating head aches(litterally danr oyu global warming) I really need something to unwind to and tommorow's tourny will be that thing. Time to see if my skill has surpassed anyone and to have fun and push harder to rank higher than 25th or 17th. I think I might get higher than 17th this time.

Another problem with CoT4 is the $300 or so it'd take to buy a plane ticket. School makes it really difficult to drive there and back while attending the whole thing.

That said, I'm probably gonna do HOBO 14 despite the Meta ban and fewer/ no top players. $300 is just too much money right now.

Anyways, as I'm sure everyone knows, Gameware is TOMORROW. Show up at 6:00 pm, and bring Wiis, TVs, controllers, and chairs!
