The smashboards twitter post seems to just have been mistakenly posted from what I've gathered in the ssb4 forums Reggie has only announced that some of the games at this years E3 will be playable at the given locations. It is possible it will be playable but highly unlikely.

Ahhh, I see. Well since it's not specified, I'll change my wording, but I think it will be playable at some level. Even if it's just a tiny demo with a single stage and only the default unlocked characters, I'd be surprised if there wasn't any type of Smash at all.

It is fully possible to run a WF, LF, GF without the need of Modifed DSR correct? Assuming it goes all 5, you'd have 5 remaining stages from bans then 2 each with regular DSR, so one stage remaining if my logic is correct.
