You could call Nintendo's customer service and see if it's something they could fix. If you bought it recently (like used from a GameStop) it would come with an automatic year warranty. If it's an older game of yours, you might have to pay a small amount.

The OP writes that this isn't the first time Mr.Ko has retweeted requests for Ashley, then untweeting them minutes later. About three that people know about, he could have done this more times too, it's interesting to note he has only done this with Ashley, and none of his other characters like Mona and Jimmy T, the quote "Likely choices" and "important ones."

It's safe to assume if any WarioWare character will join, it will be Ashley, they did, after all, the team behind WarioWare, pushed strictly Ashley for the past three years. Even they love Ashley the most.

It could be nothing, it could also be something. I hope it's something. Isn't Ashley Takeuchi's favorite? I think he'd be 100% for it if Ashley made it to Smash as playable.

On that note, he has only done that with Ashley and no other character of his. So he would enjoy his character in Smash or better yet, is covering up the fact she's in the game.

It also could be potentially breaking an NDA due to the fact that, if she’s in the game, it can’t be discussed at all, and since Ko is Ashley’s creator, he would likely have to be contacted.

I think this is what I'm supposed to do with the qoutes, but probably not lol. Anyway, yeah, I agree. I was already convinced she had a great chance after her promotions and WarioWare Gold, but her chances just keeping getting greater and greater!

Part of me thinks that the WarioWare Gold demo NOT releasing in America or Japan alongside the other regions means something, especially since we know a Japanese version of the demo exists via modding the European one. Usually if a demo is released they either advertise it during a Direct or try to make some kind of big deal out of it for some reason. I'm hoping they're saving it for this "Wario Direct" that was rumored.
