Fearow, Hypno, Raichu, and those UUs ain't that bad. Pokemon tiers are based less on ability and more on usage. That's why Azumarill is UU when it's OU potential in my opinion. Hell, even Tangrowth and Ambipom are NU/UU. Ridiculous.

There was a strategy guide that was wicked bootlegged for Red and Blue that basically was a walkthrough slash terribly written story where they only use Charizard.

Its too powerful for such an easy attack. Look at this:
* 0.25× effective = 3.125%
* 0.5× effective = 6.25%
* 1× effective = 12.5%
* 2× effective = 25%
* 4× effective = 50%
* 0.25× effective = 3.125%
* 0.5× effective = 6.25%
* 1× effective = 12.5%
* 2× effective = 25%
* 4× effective = 50%
They don't have to suicide lead it. Get a pokemon with sturdy defense.

Loads of HP, crappy defenses, he'll take a load of damage.

Espeon has base 130 spA, the highest possible it can have is 394.
Alakazam is 415 iirc...
