Tbh, there's no incentive for online tourneys. So the people who do still play online, don't play in them anymore. It's much more easy to just post in the challenge thread for anytime brawl matches. Unless there's another spike in interest for online Brawl tourneys, don't expect a huge ammount of online smash tourneys till smash 4. You could also try allisbrawl for the brawl rankings ladder.
